I reserved a smoking room but was told that there weren't any available although I made the reservation two weeks in advance the phone barely worked there was roach bait behind the toilet the bed was lumpy the room itself had cheap furniture the table was not secured and almost fell over because it was not screwed onto the base the refrigerator was warm at best and the staff while not rude or far from friendly

Provide the room that was booked fix the phone fix the table get decent beds train your staff and hospitality a little better and maybe not have large groups of men drinking beer and smoking cigarettes at night outside the hotel

the location was close to heart hospital where we were supposed to be at 6am

I booked a smoking room and I received a non smoking room. the hotel was very noisy. we barely got any sleep and we suppose to be up and got before 530am.

The location was good for our stay.
