Oceanfront
The room had not been vacuumed, there was no vacuum in the room, I could only sweep the carpet. There were several places in the walls, several light covers broke, couch and chair had ripped places on them. Big stain in floor in front of couch. Dirty/used towels in the bathroom cabinet. The outlet in the bathroom did not work. The oven had no “degrees” on it. There was no way of knowing what temp you were using. No sheets for the pull out couch. Trash all under the couch. The TV was sitting on 2 big phonebooks.

Location to the beach
Everything. Dirty, unfriendly, no toilet paper.
Stayed less than an hour and had them refund for the stay and ended up somewhere else.

The ocean front view was beautiful. inside pool and outside pool with beautiful.
Just didn't like the part that I had to park across the street and walk across with my luggage but other than that it was beautiful and enjoyable

When my friend and I arrived at 7:00pm the first room we was given was dirty. Ashes every where, trash wasn’t emptied, toilets wasn’t flushed, room wasn’t cleaned or vacuumed. After a four hour drive to relax we at least expected the room to be ready if check in was at 4:00pm.

The View
The warning letter at check-in should have been my red flag to run for the hills. The room was in gross disrepair. The murphy bed was disgusting and moldy. The dishes were dirty and there was a condom wrapper left in the room. The mattresses on the queen beds were sagging

location was great, right on the beach, our balcony view was awesome.
parking was across the street, some parts of our condo weren’t the cleanest.

I liked the location and the view
I only had one working eye on the stove that worked. Also the television on the bedroom was extremely small.

Room was not clean even though resort cleaning fee is over $100.00 . Ask to change rooms but none were available. Resort did not offer to send someone to clean even though the fee was added
