great views, comfortable and convenient. Winn Dixie across the street

Tv in living room couldn’t play cable or apps. water was shut off one day. took 24 hours to clear pipes of air. new water was smelly. construction all across the front.

The view was the only thing that we liked. Sadly the apartment didn't do it justice.

The place was very dirty when we arrived. The white curtains were black on the bottom. There was trash left behind the furniture and in couch cushions. Glitter was all over the tables. My daughter's feet were black after running around for a few minutes. The walls had holes in them and looked dirty. There was black grime where the door knobs were. The sliding balcony doors were caked with grime and you could hardly open them. The whole place felt nasty and made for a very uncomfortable stay. We bought our own cleaning supplies and cleaned the first day. We stripped all the beds and washed the bedding. One mattress had pee stains all over it. The bathroom decor was falling off the mirror. This place had long-term neglect in maintenance and cleaning. The balcony had large spots of peeling paint where you could trip on it. Overall this place needed a deep cleaning and renovation. I can handle outdated. I cannot handle filthy. The elevators did not work all the time. Only one vehicle could park under the building but my extra family's vehicle had to be parked 30 MINUTES AWAY! The front door wouldn't lock unless you used the deadbolt inside. This place was so terrible. The people you call for issues kept directing us to other people. Everything was someone else's responsibly and you couldn't get ahold of them. We arrived Friday and maintenance didn't come until Monday! Everytime we called the said they would put a work order in but they didn't cause we called for the last time and they reported there were no work orders placed! We are pretty laid back people contrary to this review but I have never experienced this kind of service. I understand covid is causing issues with staffing. But this is longterm issues that have not been resolved.

The location was great. The room had a perfect layout.

The floors in the room were filthy all the way through. The master bedroom had a horrible bed. The were sliding doors but only one would open and it had to be a man because it was so hard to open.

Very clean and spacious. Plenty of room for the kid!! This property had everything we needed to stay for the week. Great location for family time. It a wasn’t loud or busy area. There is a grocery store across the street which is SUPER convenient! Loooove love this condo!

The only thing I didn’t like was the parking. It was a very busy weekend and there wasn’t enough parking.

It’s small and not a lot of people love it will definitely try to get room 803e again

Everything else was great the views were unbeatable.

The beds were hard and there was no safety lock to keep children from opening the door. The blinds need to be fixed.

The location and the view from the room! It's perfect in that you have nearby access to highway 79 and back beach road!
