The room was clean and comfortable. We got there about 9 PM and left about 9 AM. The breakfast was cereal, toast, and doughnuts. We normally don't have a big breakfast so for us it was fine. We would stay there again for an overnight stay.

Room was excellent. Temp was fantastic. Clean. Bed was nice. Hot water was available and steady. Staff was amazing. I will stay there again anytime i am back in Bloomington

Don’t let the outside look of properly dampen your opinion. The inside was clean and rooms have been updated. it’s an older (holiday Inn motel. with outside room entrance). the outside is in need of some brightening and freshening, but they have the rooms looking clean, fresh and updated. People were very nice & welcoming. sleepers bar a good place to have a drink .

The outside needs some clean up and decoration, but I think they are improving rooms and inside of property and that is happening.

The city and its options were fantastic. The people were super nice. The room was large and comfortable, and the grounds had potential for great beauty. We really just had a wonderful time.

It was under construction that seemed to be making slow progress so, while the outward appearance had great potential, it was a bit lacking in expectation. I would love to see it in the future though and in full bloom.

Shower is very short

Breakfast was simple but nice, with real plates and cutlery rather than plastic waste. Sleeper and the Bar is such a great benefit to the place; and all of the staff at hotel were always so friendly and helpful. This place is great value for money, and I will return the next time I am working there!

Perhaps more of something hot like waffles at breakfast?

From the street it seems a little sketchy.

couldn’t rate because I arrived after hour and no one was at the desk. left text and 2 messages. No return messages. so went to a different hotel and got a friendly welcome.

The Inn is being remodeled. I asked for a room in the back due to the trees and solitude. This room was not remodeled and the mattress was not comfortable. The remodeled rooms have new mattresses.

The bed was extremely comfortable and the nightstands were really neat. It was pretty close to where we needed to be during our stay. The gentlemen who worked the desk on Friday were very hospitable and pleasant.

The exterior was a complete shambles! I was shocked by how run down it was. Broken and crumbling concrete and overgrown foliage everywhere. Extremely hazardous conditions for my blind husband. It was after hours when we arrived and their practice is to leave room keys and a hotel floorplan in an envelope in a lockbox outside the front entrance. We had to shuffle through several envelopes to find ours. The most bizarre fact was that the man who was putting the envelopes in the lock box did so after having just watched us pull up to the front. He did not bother to ask who we were and hand us our keys but rather just stuck them in the lock box and scurried back inside the front door locking it behind him. Very unwelcoming behavior. They had made a change in our room assignment, but that was not noted in our envelope. I ended up having to call the emergency number provided to say that we could not get in our room. We were redirected to a different room and had to climb a precarious open staircase to get up to our room. Inside the room, which we were told was one of the "newer" rooms, the carpet appeared old and dingy, the caulking around the sink was dirty and cracked, and the refrigerator was fairly loud. Two mismatched ceramic coffee mugs were on the dresser, which was rather off-putting instead of charming, which might have been the intent. The soap was like sandpaper. There was a single, shabby easy chair, but no desktop surface anywhere. Between that and the complete lack of Internet during our entire stay, we were both quite vexed. Friday night when we returned to our room I realized the door was open. I know for a fact that it had been solidly closed when we left that morning because I had put the "do not disturb" sign on it.

Room was clean, comfortable, and a great value. Great little gem close to Indiana University sports facilities. I hate to put this out there because I want to keep the price and availability open for us!! :>
