The appartment was not clean and very filthy. My entire family got sick from the dust After we paid the fee for the appartment we learned that an additional $313 had to be paid to the resort. Why not mentioning that from the beginning? The apartment was very basic and old furnitures. Not impressed at all!

Had issues with the AC and opening the door so we needed to call them and the person on the phone was very kind and helpful, sent someone to fix the ac the same day . even though we didn’t receive the house posted in the pictures the condo itself was nice enough , spacious and clean . Nice little street with restaurants right next to the apartment, about a 5 minute walk - has a publix, Irish bar, Latin cafe, ihop , nail salon , barber.

The property looked nothing like the pictures at all!! This needs to be updated to include all properties you might receive or it needs to be written somewhere in bold that you could receive a random apartment that looks nothing similar to the pictures I read in a previous review that they own multiple properties but the place itself is not posted in the pictures at all except for the bathroom picture , the furniture was Mediterranean old style type and looked nothing like the furniture shown. The property we received was fine and I didn’t want to ruin our vacation so we just accepted it but I don’t understand why they don’t just make separate posts for each property rather than giving you a random apartment that looks nothing like the pictures , they post pictures of the nicest house they have and then give you a random apartment . The apartment/ condo we received was further than the address posted . Still an OK area but it was further than the post specified and we had to drive a lot to go there from the airport, Disney universal etc

Having a door code was nice. Also the size of the place.

There were ants and bugs everywhere in the condo, the place was completely different then the place we booked. The pictures were totally different then advertised, even the pictures of the outside of the building. The fridge barely worked the first day but then it started freezing everything. Also it was way farther from Disney then advertised.

The location was quiet and upscale. It is very well decorated and had everything we needed for our vacation. My life revolves around vacationing and traveling. I would definitely recommend staying here and would again myself. It's ideal for a large family as each of the 4 bedrooms are on each corner separated with rooms between. We never heard each other which is perfect for a relaxing time. Kitchen was full of cooking supplies and amenities were updated. Within 15 minutes of Disney and within a minute of a grocery store, restaurants, and gas station. Super clean. Super safe!

The windows has plantation blinds that don't block out the lighting and at night it was difficult to sleep. We were able to use a blanket to block out the lighting issue to work around the brightness but room darkening curtains would of been preferred.

The two pools and the neighbors were friendly.

The overall condition of the house fine, the TV work for a week and we struggle to get it going again. Different sets of cutlery and crockery was not enough for the amount of people in the house. We couldn't operate the garage door from the outside because the outside control could not work. The pool area was under construction and could not be used.

The whole house was very good in terms of size, cleanness and etc.
