Check-in staff was friendly.
The shower backed up, the business centre was useless because the computers are DATED and SLOW.
Overnight staff could be more helpful. I came down at 10:30pm for a drink the bar. Staff said "Oh we been closed" and walked away...could have offered a local suggestion or confirmed their hours, etc.
And why no lotion in the rooms? First time in my life I had to come to front desk to ask for lotion and I travel a lot!

excellent location, friendly staff, friendly guests. The fruit at breakfast was nice and the take away coffee.
it said it had a bar, but it just had the ability to buy a bottle of beer. The Hyatt next door had a proper bar with TVs to watch sport and socialise.
The breakfast eggs were sometimes a bit green, and seemed powdered or very processed.

It wasn’t connected to the regency next door. I wanted to try the restaurant next door. I thought it was inconvenient I had to walk outside if they’re on the same property

very clean and nice
staffs kept knocking on our doors every morning to ask either we want to clean our room and even asked us if we were checking out soon. i found it very disturbing and messed up our sleep.

I was going to a concert at NRG Stadium and this was a perfect location with a quick 15-20 minute drive. Nice area, I felt safe and the hotel elevator required a keycard to use the elevator and get into the building later at night

Great location and decent breakfast option. Our room was on the very top floor with a fabulous view of the city.
Valet parking only costs you about $35 per night. Confusing parking entrance via one-way street. We rode around the hotel to figure out where is an entrance.

The breakfast was burnt and a mess
I hated there was no house keeping for the room, you had to stay more than three days.
I wish there was more to offer food wise for kids

great location, 5-7 minutes walk to Galleria
All the staff at reception is awesome and extremely helpful and full of courtesy and energy, specially want to mention Epi at the reception and Abdul at Valet are great! don’t know the names of people at reception, each and everyone there are fabulous!
Breakfast is terrible and significantly below par. just improve the breakfast and this hotel deserves above 9 rating. you have the right people!
