Thermostat didn’t hold temperature in room so it was too hot. had to turn on the air conditioning

Stupid alarm clock was set for 3 am and it's not easy to shut off in the middle of the night. Lol

The room was not cleaned daily! On Thanksgiving Day we asked for the room to be cleaned and they said there was no staff. We asked for clean towels and we had to go get them at the front desk. one day for breakfast they ran out of paper plates.

I liked the location. It was right outside of the city, and there were some restaurants nearby. Staff was friendly.

The bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets were dirty and stained. I felt so disgusted sleeping in that bed. Also, When they sent us the confirmation email, they gave me the wrong hotel address. The address they gave was to a hotel directly in the city and it was a hectic situation.

I was so grateful that staff went out of their way to accommodate my request for flowers to be in the room upon arrival for my wife. We were celebrating our 13th wedding anniversary and with 4 kids we barely get 5 minutes to ourself. They had a nice Happy Anniversary sign and provided a room upgrade at no cost.
