Location is perfect for Township activities. Our view of the courtyard was beautiful.

The bathroom vent didn't work. And we were at the end of the hall.

Pool not clean

I loved the location, free parking, Wi-Fi and small snack area

My room was not properly cleaned, I saw hair and dirt in places, they authorized my card for double and apologized but said the authorization would fall off in a few days but a few days is a lot of time for and additional $360 of my funds to be held. The lighting in the room is awful and the layout is awful with the sliding toilet door makes it difficult when our friend needed to use the restroom and awkward using the restroom with my spouse in the room since he can clearly see through the crack of the door. Also check is at 12 which is awesome but housekeeping started vacuuming around 8am which was annoying. Also there was a soccer group there and they were running the halls playing with doors and the elevator and front desk knew and did nothing. so overall just a lot of money and not a huge benefit in my opinion.

The staff was fast and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable.

The shower was small. I wasn't a fan of the sliding door for the toilet, you can hear what the other person is doing in there quite loudly.

The bar, the cleanest

The fact you have to pay for breakfast. That should be free to guess. You don’t have food everyone can eat. Also I didn’t like the fact when I checked out I was not told about the cancellation fee and I would still be charged for checking out early. Charged me and all I was told I’LL TAKE CARE OF IT. Yeah. We froze all night. I asked for blankets never received them. I’m more upset about the blind charge.

The location was great with many restaurants and shopping options. The front desk customer service was great-checking in/out was easy.

I didn’t have to go far to do different things

weight room could have had more items but I’m picky about that kind of stuff

Staff was rarely at front desk. There were people running up and down the hall all night and the shower clogged up.

I liked the size of the room and the size of the bathroom. The room was always cleaned in a proper way.

The breakfast selection was very small, there was no bar and the gym & swimmingpool were very small too.
