The location is good and close to restaurants. The night host Chandra was very friendly and helpful.

First, I was not given the room type I booked, which I had booked weeks in advance, and they did not even let me know, I realized after I entered the room. I booked two beds and was given one. The second day I was told sorry they are sold out but eventually I was given the correct room. At about midnight and in bed we discovered bed bugs. We had to pack up and move to another room. I was told the manager would reach out to me about the stay and she never did. I have called and left multiple messages and have been given excuses every time. It has been three weeks since my stay so ample time has been given for follow up. It seems clear Lori the manager does not think it is of any importance to speak with me about my experience, therefore I would expect she isn’t too concerned about the fact they have bed bugs at the property or guest experience. Think twice before staying here and if you do , beware, check your beds before settling in.

Room was clean, comfortable bed, comfortable pillows, plenty of soap in shower and bathroom,, friendly service at desk and restaurant, nice fitness center.

Staff was super friendly. It was VERY clean!

Going swimming, the pool was clean and we had it all to ourselves and just got to spend time together. We also had awesome showers and cozied up in bed and the beds were so soft and comfy and watch some TV and we had a fridge for our drinks and snacks and we made popcorn in the microwave. We had shampoo and conditioner and body wash in the bathroom and we just moved in for the night and had a really relaxing time away from the house. And we had amazing Breakfast in the morning. Like the eggs with cheese and peppers and ham. And sausage. And I had a pear and some crispy good potato squares. The kids had like cool pirate cups with orange juice. And we just were so comfortable. The kids loved taking the stairs up and down the floors.

I'm not trying to be ungrateful but the coffee was rough. I drink black coffee pretty often. It was not so great.
