Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was really good. Room was clean and comfortable.

Not enough luggage carts...but that is because other guests kept them in their rooms instead of returning them.

Not nearly enough channels on the TV to enjoy watching.

Stayed many times before. Suites are huge and clean. However, there has been a change in mgnt in the last 6 months. Staff unfriendly, pot smoke smell everywhere by everyone (yes I mean the staff). Great hotel going down hill by the day. Bar never open. Employee always "personal obligations" and not working. There is no employee alternative. Just one employee responsible for the bar every day of the week.

Parked near the entry door of the main lobby. Vehicle was broken into and catalytic converter stolen. Staff did nothing to assist. Suspect they were part of the theft as I was told not to contact police as they won't come anyway and the overall "oh well" attitude. Hotel did nothing to assist or address the problem although it was a known issue. No security, no notices of recent theft problems. No follow-up from hotel whatsoever. So disappointing.

Bed was very hard

The property was mostly clean. It seemed fairly new.

The scent in the lobby was a little overpowering for my sinuses. Our refrigerator was dirty and not working. When I opened it a puddle of water fell out and the food we brought went bad. Not sure if it’s intentional but there were several things such as the shower water knob and casing that are crooked.

bed was so comfortable and slept like a baby.

indoor pool was too cold even tho. it was 100 degrees outside
