It’s great location with food options on site. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The office staff are very friendly and helpful.

It was a little noisy late into the night and early in the morning.

The room was large and nice. it was convenient to eating locations.

It was clean when we 1st got there. But they had a party in the Big Room next to the pool and the renters group trashed the place after it was a done deal the next morning my family found party toys and trash, wrappers candy stuffed in pockets of the pool table. More than half the arcade games didn't work anyway, but trash behind the machines. The pool was warm, a blast to play and splash in. The hot tub was hot and felt wonderful. The beds I thought were clean and comfortable, very please in the room and the staff that checked us in.
The staff that was there the morning to check out were upset about other guests in the hotel. And in voicing their opinions, I didn't enjoy hearing. And I think one may have been a manager.
Never did see the face of her. She never looked over the counter to say good morning. The coffee machine in the front office was a favorite. Wish I had one at home. Super nice.
The water, yogurt, and fruit were complimentary..bonus!
Cleaning ladies I saw were friendly and sweet. I would come back and plan to.

Very nice, convenient hotel that offers meal discounts and a breakfast voucher for two restaurants next door. Our room was very clean and the beds were comfortable. This hotel is pet friendly with a nice designated area to take your dog or simply walk in the surrounding neighborhood.
Nothing in particular other than the previous occupant left the alarm clock set for 3:30 am and that was unpleasant surprise.

Easy to find and in a good location
The beds were very firm - felt like I was sleeping on a board and woke up sore and stiff.

Breakfast was great. Beds and pillows were great too. Staff was very welcoming and friendly.
Carpet in room looked old. Someone had a dog that barked 3 times while we were there. One time was a little before 10 pm. It woke my husband up. It was in the hallway so would have been better for them to have had an outside door.

It gave business to Perkins and it worked well for the hotel....

The guy at the front desk when we arrived was cold and drilled me about having pets or children. His tone was completely wrong. I felt like he was accusing .me of lying. My wife and I are 65 years old. Too old for kids and no reason to lye about having pets. A real turn off from the start. If we hadn't been so exhausted already from driving all day,we would have found a different place to stay.

The check is a delight. Everyone is very nice.
There were some patrons with children who allowed them to run the halls. They did settle down around 10 pm.

Checked in, asked for lower level, got good location around back.
When I got to my room it smelled like room deodorizer trying to cover smoke smell. Didnt want hassle of going back to front desk so I just lived with it.
Saw a fly swatter in sink area. Shortly after, had to use it to kill two flies. Room door had not been open, to my knowledge.
Apparently there are two doors to most rooms—inside motel and outside to parking lot. If I’d known this, and if there was an elevator, I wouldn’t have been so hesitant to take a 2nd floor room.
If you want the light free breakfast, be aware it’s only available until 9 am!
