The front desk staff were very friendly and pleasant. The location was ideal. It has a restaurant.

I feel terrible that the amazing host (Jhonny Depp lookalike) had to get tied up in such a terrible review, however, he was great and very accommodating.

The room had an extremely pungent mildew smell that greeted me at the door, and the bed headboard had extreme wear on it. There also isn’t any elevators which was terribly difficult due to the fact l had a large luggage.

I only stayed for 3 nights there so of course I had to put a deposit down which was 100$ a night. So I left a 300 dollar deposit & that was June 14. I checked out June 17 & to this day I still haven’t receive my deposit. I got told the only way to contact the managers were only through email. I emailed the manager & he told me it takes 2 to 30 business days to get your money back. I still haven’t gotten mine & it’s July 24th. Don’t stay here. Not only that, as soon as you walk in the hotel there’s this smell. Overnight staff was so loud all night

The property offers a parking lot that you have to pay to park. If you do not pay, will forget the tow truck so quick to tell you away and you have to pay a lot of money to get your car back.

they didn’t help with luggage, only 1 staff member towards the end did which is very difficult because we had to walk from one building to another and go up stairs.

nice hotel with a very good price-value- rating. I was impressed. hotel rooms were clean and comfortable.

AC was central regulated and had a dysfunction. staff offered no help to stop the AC, so we US to freeze one night by 50 F with only one additional blanket before a technician helped us the next morning (solution: just take it completely off by taking it from the wall. so either freezing or no air circulation at all). hotel only accepts credit cards, no cash or anything else. and deposit is extremely high.

Great location friendly staff work well for a business and relaxing trip. Everything close by and a nice relaxing area

Good price , good location, nice bed and even a little pool and the deposit was no problem the reservation was cancelled in a week. Thanks guys it was perfect

It was comfortable. The staff were nice. Very close to the beach. The food was good. Good cleaning services.

The nets were a huge problem.

This booking was made for a coworker. When she went to check in there was a fight taking place at the front desk. The front desk attendant also appeared to be high. For a woman traveling alone, she did not feel safe staying at this hotel and we had to find another hotel for her. Have made repeated attempts to speak with someone from the hotel - through booking.com and independently - and no one has bothered to respond. Would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

location is perfect

hallway carpet is disgusting and dirty, rooms aren’t clean. I had to walk to Walgreens and purchase supplies to clean my own shower bc it had hair from a previous guest. I saw tiny bugs near the sink on my last day of the stay.
