I booked a room days earlier, had a confirmation number got there and receptionist said it wasn’t in the computer. Little did they know I worked in this type of business for years and if I had a confirmation number then my reservation should’ve came up in the computer whether it was canceled, checked in or whatever the case my have been. Luckily I wasn’t charged.I had drinks that night and didn’t want to drive 2 hours home. I had to stay in my vehicle. Everywhere else in town was sold out.

Perfect location and generally a well maintained property.

I’m not sure if I expected too much. The bed was hard as a rock. There were thick spider webs in one corner and the box spring of my bed was filthy. Room technical amenities could use an upgrade.

The pool is nice. The receptionist was excellent. The temperature in the room was perfect!

Website said they had smoking rooms, with a baloney. I even called the night before and asked. I was told the smoking rooms were taken,but we could smoke on the balcony. When I arrived I noticed there wasn't any balcony. There for I was told I'd be given a complete refund. So far I've been charged twice.

The motel was in a good location to our destination. The breakfast was very good. The people were friendly.

The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud. The bedding did not seem to fit well on the mattress. The pillow was too small for the king size bed.

Hampton Inn was clean with a nice atmosphere. I really enjoyed my stay although the closet door was broken in my room and fixing it with tape did not work. That needs to be fixed! Otherwise, I was satisfied!
