convenient location to the Springs. hiking trails nearby. friendly receptionist.

Location was less than a mile from my event. The room was cleaned each day. It was old but comfortable.

Air conditioner would turn on every 10 minutes and run for two minutes. I finally just turned I t off. Pillows were hard.

the accommodation has been neglected a little, someone could do with checking everything is there and in order before guests arrive. No smoke alarm on the wall- which I informed the front desk. no cutlery, which was sorted very quickly by staff when they were aware. floor quite dirty, feet were black, quite dusty, could do with a good clean.

The property is as described. The rooms are typical in size for older motels. The beds were comfortable, and everything was very clean. I needed a little more space however.

the area is great. there are no motels in the area and if there were we will stop there. its so clean , safe and comphy. a great place and the area is soooo prety. tks for a great stop.

We left after seeing the room and had to pay again to stay elsewhere!

The view across the street and the man who checked us in was very nice.

This was the nastiest motel I have ever stayed in. I think they change the bed and throw clean towels in the bathroom. Nothing was cleaned from the last guest(s) that stayed there. Everything was sticky and mold and musty smell in the room. The Health Dept. has not visited this place in a long time. Will never stay there again! Had to wear my flip flops in the room because the bottom of my feet were black from dirt. The inside of the toilet had a layer of crap because they do not clean! Stay away

I arrived late night and the receptionist (I think he’s the owner) was there for check in, he gave me a “good” room. I was so tired that night from driving long hours and forgot the key in the door (outside the room), I guess I can say it was safe because nothing happens to me but the place was almost empty.

The room was okay, spacious but there was a weird smell in the room and I found a small cockroach :((( I only stayed that night because it was too late to look for another place, but left the next day. ( at that point I didn’t care losing the money I payed for the second night).

Bed Matresses were quite comfortable. Parking space was exceptional. Nice and wide.

Missing knob on inside lamp light. Slow draining sink. Non-skid tub bottom was dirty. Small sized room. Dried paint on bathroom floor. Bathroom tiles were worn and showing neglected maintaince. Missing box of facial tissue. Very tiny, cheap soap bars. Shower knob was bent and difficult to opperate. Electric clock didn't work. Window curtains appeared dated.
