Pool was nice. Close to beach

The facilities and furniture and technology and items in the room were very outdated. Look like they haven’t been renovated in a very long time.

Bien situé , tout à dispo à pieds , parking prévu et bonne organisation. Bonnes prestations Personnel compétent.

Cleaning was not good, behind the bed and under there was filthy, and a couple ou objects were there fron previous guests

El departamento es lindo. La ubicación es perfecta. La vista también.

El departamento estaba sucio debajo de la cama encontramos de todo. Un chupete, mugre, papeles, etc. el aire acondicionado perdía agua y nunca nos solucionaron el problema. Éramos dos adultos y dos mejores y no había 4 toallas solo dos de ducha y dos de playa y cuando fuimos a recepción a pedir no nos creían que no había en el departamento y nos hicieron perder tiempo discutiendo para poder lograr que nos den las toallas faltantes!!!! La atención de la gente de recepción deja mucho que desear! Son muy poco serviciales y tienen mala forma. En el departamento no había fuente para horno y cuando fui a pedir una pizzera me dijeron que no había nada para horno que no tenían nada!!! Tanto la cama como el sillón cama están muy viejos!!! Hacen mucho ruido están hundidos!! Realmente no lo recomiendo!!

Great location. Nice pools and beach. Easy check in. Great apartment setup. Kitchen has everything you would need to cook. Very safe. Nice park for the kids within a short walk.

Hotel was very loud you could hear neighbors on all sides. The bed was low and squeaky. There isn't many places to hang wet towels, beach towels and bathing suits. Family of 4 and we had 3 small beach/pool towels. A little too much bleach in the pool/hot tub it removed the color from our bathing suits.

How secure the hotel was, Front Desk staff were very pleasant. Food and shopping were very close.

Driveway was consistently backed up due to the size. Waited 15-20 minutes to get back into the hotel after 6 pm until around 11 pm.

They didn't offer breakfast.

Very bad attendance at the front desk, they didn't treat us as a guest.

We were planning to extend one more day and we ask the front desk for that they said you do that through the phone. Even extending our check out was through the phone which is weird the front desk can’t do anything for you other then advising you where to go. Also we ask for extra towels they told us use what you have and clean it in your room

One cleaning lady the one who vacuums all the floors and the valet guys were cool

Absolute worst possible staff ever. "Luxury" my you know what. It was like the staff from a motel 6 in the middle of nowhere. Unfriendly, rude, unwilling to help, and I was flat out lied to by the person who checked me in. It's almost like you're bothering them by staying there. I offered to pay for the week of parking the moment I got there and was told "parking is included, I would only have to pay for a second vehicle." Why would I have two vehicles on vacation I don't know but I said ok great! A few days after I checked out I get billed on my card unexpectedly causing me to overdraft because I wasn't expecting it. They could have at least told me when I was checking out. I told the manager and simply said I would have to provide an email proving what I was told. I told him check the audio/video from when I checked in, I'm literally waving a $100 bill telling him to charge me and those were his exact words. On top of that, be prepared to babysit a key fob. The roomkey doesn't give you access to anywhere other than your room. Want to use the elevator: key fob, want to go to the gym: key fob, want to go to the beach: key fob. Oh and don't lose it because it's a hundred dollars if you do. Reminded me of my days as a corrections officer. Now that I think about it,the whole place kind of has a prison feel to it. Anyway it's like a ghost town after you check in. No staff at the pool. No staff at the beach. No bar ,no food. They've got a little wooden hut at the beach where they give tiny little courtesy waters for their guests but even that no one was ever there. Unlike the trump down the road they actually have a bar at the pool with happy friendly staff in uniform. They have food you can order, they have waiters on the actual beach taking you your food. They've got friendly staff left and right making sure you don't anything This place was so behind on everything .

I like the staff members enegery and courtesy. The the cleanliness of the facility.

Didn't like the stains on the linen.

Perfect location, steps from a beautiful and quiet portion of the beach. Publix at a 5-minute walk distance and great restaurants. Hotel beach chairs (2) and umbrella are included. Apartment is beautiful and fully equipped, including an equipped kitchen, which was quite convenient. Hotel with great amenities, including 2 large pools, 5th floor pool has a beautiful ocean view. Valet parking was quick and very convenient. Loved everything about my stay and will be back.

This facility is handicap accessible. The path to the beach is wonderful! The views from the living space are beautiful! Loved waking-up and seeing the ocean from the bed. The location is great. Everything is within walking distance.

Not having house keeping onsite and having to contact a 3rd party is a little frustrating. The internet in the room would not connect. The live tv went off a day before we left.
