The guy who did late night checkin was great! He explained everything well and answered all of our questions! Room was clean and spacious! Breakfast was great! Waffles, eggs, sausage and bacon and much more

Nobody was cleaning the breakfast tables! They were all dirty, we ended up cleaning our own. Maybe have someone check more often, we never saw anyone come clean up the whole time we were eating. Time for a deep clean of the chairs/tables too! Please Move the sofa!! It’s right in front of the lobby door! It’s a pain for customers bringing their luggage or the cart through!

Good location and staff was kind. Great security, pretty sure there was an active K-9 when we were there. Pool was nice too.

I stayed in room 205 and the bed absolutely sucked. The floor was softer then it. I'm not sure if all of the beds were the same, but this specific one sucked.

No toothbrush all other hotels I went they always have toothbrush and I woke up with a really bad back pain sorry but didn't like it

Everything is as described. Really nice staff and very comfortable.

Very small gym

Great breakfast and people at front desk were very friendly and helpful. One of the guys at desk helped us with our Uber app,it was our first time using it.

Our room was large and very clean. The bathroom was also spotless!

The USB outlets in the room did not work, including some of the regular electric outlets. Unfortunately, we came down for breakfast at 8:50 a.m. Breakfast ended at 9:30 a.m., maybe they should have ended it at 9:00a.m. While there were still some options available, the eggs were so dry they were not edible. The biscuits were hard to bite due to drying out and becoming hard.

Everything from getting the hotel talking to the workers wasn’t worth the money.
