Communication for our arrival (key codes, directions, etc) were excellent. The cabin was roomy and well laid out. It accommodated our group very well. The location was great and easy access to our event and activities. Kitchen was well stocked with all of the dining room, cookware, and utensils needed for our stay. The gazebo and hot tub are nice features.

The sofas appear in good shape but you can feel the springs through the seat cushions. It would have been nice to have had outdoor seating out the side doors to sit. Missed not having a deck to sit on to take in the scenery. Although there is a gazebo, it is not large and is right next to the hot tub, which means not much outdoor seating. So, overall, unless if you were near the hot tub, this cabin is not conducive for sitting outdoors to enjoy the view.
