The view was good Wright on the beach, close to a lot of venues.

Air conditioning didn't work due to clogged air filter, dresser drawers broken, broken TV, TV remotes nasty dirty, kitchen needs a lot of attention, place was just dirty, needs remodeled. Bathrooms as well.

It was on the beach! There is nothing better than being able to hear the waves. Two beach chairs and an umbrella come with the rental; no need to carry anything but yourself to the beach! It is within walking distance to restaurants; I never used my car until time to leave. This is on the ground floor; ideal for me.

There was a scent plug in that was being used to mask a moldy smell. The plug in was extremely obnoxious and worse than the moldy smell! It is an older building with some cosmetic issues but nothing that kept me from enjoying my stay.
