I love that when I checked in alone I was asked if first floor was okay. I wasn’t alone and had family in the car. It was so nice to be asked for my comfort of location.

I like that they offer Netflix and free showtime. It’s also nice that they offer a free breakfast. The full size kitchen and big walk in shower are a plus for everyone in my family every time we go. The studio room is quite spacious.
The room had a bit of a dirty feet smell when we first came in. Se added 2 additional days to our stay. I had a doctors appointment and when we came back there were 3 cleaning ladies and the manager in our room. They didn’t realize I had added 2 days to our stay and were cleaning. It was nice to have clean sheets but a bit uncomfortable since all of our things were lying around the room. they had to move a few things to change the sheets. Also, I know breakfast is free so I can’t complain too much but we actually ended up staying Sat-Tues and they had the exact same thing for breakfast every day. Maybe I’m spoiled to the Oklahoma location. I’ve stayed at an OKC location several times and they always have something different for breakfast every day. I love biscuits and gravy and have requested them to the cooks at other location and they always are happy to oblige. I asked the cook at this location and she told me to ask the front desk. I asked the front desk if they could please make biscuits and gravy one of the days before we leave and the front desk attendant said he’d leave a note for the manager. I don’t think it ever happened because breakfast was the same every day. Good stay but this location definitely doesn’t rank with the others.

Room was laid out nicely. Breakfast in morning was good. Having small grocery store on premises was helpful.
The couch was stained and dirty. Light was out over table. Husband did not like tub/ shower. Water temperature was never hot; barely lukewarm.

the breakfast manager was not very helpful . we had to leave by 6:30 and there were breads and fruit out but he would not let us take any .

Location was good
First impressions are important. When I came into the lobby to check in the gentlemen behind the counter saw me but did not acknowledge me at first as I was standing in front of him. He was talking to a lady that seemed to be his wife or girlfriend and a little boy. Not sure if it was her son or their son. We had just spent a five days at the Residence Inn in Waco, TX and had a great experience so maybe our expectations were set to high. I do not want to get anyone into trouble but I feel I need to be honest as I am a business owner also and this is something that could probably be corrected. Thanks

Since right off the highway you could hear cars and noise all night. No bathroom products in the bathroom. It smelled horrible in the room, and the bed was not comfortable at all. Limited supplies for forgotten essentials and/or drinks-food.

The room was very nice in appearance and comfort. Kitchenette well equipped and allowed us to fix our own meals. Friendly staff with quick check in and out. Nice parking garage.
Close to major toll road which is quite noisy. Our room on the north side of the building faced away from it so no problem with noise.
