Excellent location, beautiful hotel, wonderful staff. Shower was spacious and had good pressure. Dog friendly! Our little puppy had a great time.

A huge group of us and our kids stay every year for the 4th to hang by the pool then go watch fireworks. This year they kicked everyone out if the pool 6 hours before the fireworks, unless you bought a 100$ ticket per person. My family of 4 would’ve been an additional 400$! Our entire group were so upset and would never go back. It was announced via email, in fine print but with no pricing, a couple of days before. None of us saw it, and it would’ve been too late to change plans. The air in our room didn’t work and we had no fitted sheet, only an exposed mattress pad. Half of our group left their rooms empty and booked across the street. Including one of that booked the suite. It separated our group and ruined our holiday. My 219$ room was 345$ after “fees” and 40$ parking, and we couldn’t use the pool! The hotel staff didn’t offer anything to help or apologize, with the exception of Russ.

Service was good.

The only thing I don’t like is that if we are paying over $300 the night. How come the room cleaning is every other day???? For the price you pay the cleaning should be everyday cleaning and change of towel.

The hotel is beautiful but the services were terrible

They closed the pool for July 4th with out advertising it and so there was no pool for the holiday. The whole reason I got the room was for roof top pool access. They literally ruined the day.

Mari and Marci at the front desk as well as Leslie in the bar are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. They went above and beyond. They are a great asset to the Westin!!

Valet cost

The service was great, ALL the valet guys were awesome ! The room/hotel was very clean, we just had a bit of a funky smell in our room (1404) but nothing crazy.. the location was perfection! Such a great vacation!

Michael was a poor server on the roof top, and the drinks at the rooftop bar where no good.. other than that everything was amazing!

Staff was incredibly friendly, and the amenities were awesome! We especially enjoyed the ease of the shuttle, and the rooftop bar and pool.

The valet was incredibly busy and often impacted the shuttle. It took a little extra planning to be sure an Uber could get in and get you to your destination on time.
