L'appartement est idéalement situé, entièrement remis à neuf en 2008, très bien entretenu depuis et équipé (voir liste),comprenant salle de séjour avec coin repas, 2 chambres, 1 salle de bains, cuisine séparée. 2 terrasses : sud et nord, les 2 avec vue étendue, sur le Cervin au Sud et sur la vallée de Saas au Nord.
La propreté et l'hygiène sont primordiales. Nous utilisons des produits désinfectants pour toutes les zones sensibles (surfaces, poignées de porte, salle de bain, cuisine) et lavons le linge de toilette et les draps à haute température.
Zermatt est un village sans voitures, animé en toutes saisons mais peu bruyant.Toutes les commodités sont situées à quelques minutes de marche.
Hors saison , il est possible de louer pour moins d'une semaine, le minimum est de 4 nuitées.
Notre gérante sur place prépare l'appartement et vous assistera en cas de problème.

Start with a short bus ride to Matterhorn Paradise gondola. Even though this condois a 3 min walk to the Gornograt train. My humble opinion.

This property is close to the train station but you can't hear any noise at all (although there is building work going on around but presumably not in the winter). The apartment is nice and big with TWO balconies and an amazing view of the matterhorn. Having my morning coffee on the balcony, looking at the view was an experience I won't forget!
We needed to do laundry when we arrived and a card was dropped off to us right away which was SO appreciated!
Comfortable beds, lots of room, well stocked kitchen. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful stay! Since we have stayed here in the past we knew what to expect and our devices even connected automatically to the WiFi. Everything was perfect. We always appreciate the coffee, spices, and fruit platter awaiting us on arrival. This time we even saw beautiful meteor showers of of the balcony at night in addition to the breathtaking Matterhorn views. We will be back!

This was my second stay at this flat in the Imperial. I enjoyed the first stay that I returned for two weeks this time. Again everything about the flat was perfect: location, space, cleanliness, kitchen equipment, wifi, responsiveness of the host, instructions for arrival. I will stay here again if I can.

Perfect location. Clean, airy apartment with views of the Matterhorn. Quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very helpful and accommodating; she really made our experience pleasant. This is our second time staying here and we will definitely come back!

Amazing Matterhorn View
Very easy to find apartment with hosts's excellent directions. Our jaws dropped, as well as our suitcases, upon entering the unit and viewing the Matterhorn for the first time. We enjoyed eating dinner on the veranda and watching the changes in the color of the mountain. Very spacious two bedroom unit, with coffee and other staples supplied in the kitchen. Easy walk to the Gornergrat and Sunegga lifts, with a bus stop just around the corner to take you to the Glacier Express. Coop grocery is less than 5 minute walk. We had an awesome hiking vacation.

Swiss trip for the PDG
This was the perfect spot for my mom and myself. We came to watch my sister compete in the PDG. The apartment was conveniently located close to the train, grocery store and many amenities. It was quiet and very comfortable with everything we needed. The property manager was extremely helpful and always willing to help if we needed it. A good place to stay
This top floor apartment has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Matterhorn. There are two porches, one of which has this amazing view. The owner was very responsive to my questions. Walking distance to the trains, ski trains, and shopping areas. I recommend it. - Jim

There were four of us adults who used this wonderful apartment. It really worked out well as it was close to the train station and easy walking to the main shopping street. Jean Francois was great to communicate with us prior to our stay and his house keeper, Olga, helped with showing us how to use the washing machine etc. It was very comfortable and we could even see the Matterhorn from the living room window! We highly recommend it! (The only problem, which has been corrected, was that the WiFi password changed from what was shown in the instructions.) Thanks to Jean Francois and Olga for making our stay in Zermatt so delightful!

Fantastic apartment in Zermatt!
This apartment met or exceeded all our expectations. The location was perfect: near the main train station, Gornergrat train, funicular to Sunnegga, many restaurants, shops, and supermarkets. As it was summer we walked to the Furi cable car but there is a shuttle that takes you there if you don't like to walk. The view from the apartment was amazing. We woke each day to the sun rising over the Matterhorn and enjoyed views of Zermatt from both balconies. The owner and property managers were very professional and helpful. And we really appreciated the fruit platter, coffee, and spices provided! An excellent apartment and we can't wait to go back.

Zermatt holiday
This apartment is excellent for 2 couples. There is a nice view of the Matterhorn from the porch. The kitchen is well-equipped. The bedrooms are at opposite poles of the apartment, ensuring maximum privacy.

Family summer holiday in Zermatt
Perfect size for a family of 4. Apartment is ideally located just 5 minutes walk from the train station and the village centre, in a quiet residential area. We loved the beautiful view from the balcony of the Matterhorn! Zermatt is very expensive so we appreciated having a good kitchen to self cater some nights. Modern bathroom with bath and a basic shower over. Apartment is clean and had everything we needed. We had a fantastic stay in Zermatt with the wonderful excursions and activities on offer for an active family. Thank you for our stay!

Great location!
We stayed in this apartment over New Years and had a great experience. Bus for lifts picks you up a short walk in either direction. They had fruit when we arrived and a ski room on the first floor for our skis. Easy walk from the train and our favorite spot to eat was Grizzly pub!

Fantastic apartment with Matterhorn view!
This apartment exceeded my expectations. It was ideal for my family of 4. Centrally located in Zermatt, only a few minutes walk from the train stations and shops. It was very well kitted out and perfect for our holiday. Communication with the owner was very prompt and comprehensive, with all the information given that we needed. My only (very minor complaint) was that we would have liked more pillows on the beds, but apart from that I cannot fault it. We will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was as pictured & described. It has easy access to groceries, restaurants, the train station & hiking trails. Communication with the owner was very good. We would recommend this apartment to other travellers visiting Zermatt.

Perfect apartment and location for two couples.
A short walk to the train, Gornergrat station, and groceries, the apartment is so easy in hilly Zermatt to access and use as a base. A great value, both bedrooms are doubles (not bunks) and though one bath, it is well laid out to share. The kitchen is well equipped and is OK for two cooks at a time. The living room is spacious, comfortable, and has large windows to the balcony and Matterhorn...no guessing the weather. One bedroom shares the view. The view is enhanced by the location on the fourth floor. The only limitation is the laundry...good news is that there is a washer / dryer in the basement...less good news is that the dryer is not powerful...plan on doing laundry on the first nights and hanging to finish drying for a day in the apartment.
We loved our four night stay. Thank you.

Amazing location. Clean, comfortable and spacious apartment. If we come back we will stay here again. I do wish there was a set of measuring cups and spoons in the kitchen, but that is a very minor issue.

The flat is very nice, practical and nicely furnished. It is conveniently located next to the train stations, bus stop and the main shopping area.
The building is located in a calm area in the axis of the valley, providing a direct view on the Matterhorn on one side and on the other side on the Zermatt valley. The two balconies gives the opportunity to take a sunbath or simply enjoy the beautiful view on the mountains.

Home Away from Home
We are coming to Zermatt since 1979 and have stayed in many different apartments and some-times in hotels, this apartment was definitely one of the best and most comfortable. The
location is terrific and of course the view of the Matterhorn from the balcony is priceless.
We are planning to come back next year, however, we will be 8 people and need a bigger apartment, otherwise, I would rent it again.

Absolutely perfect!
This cozy apartment immediately felt like home. It was very clean, functional, and was just the right size for our family. The view of the Matterhorn from the living room window and from the deck was amazing. We liked that this condo was located near the village center and grocery stores, yet it was in a quiet area. Communication with the owner was very pleasant and easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this adorable, comfortable apartment, which had everything we needed. If we could someday return to Zermatt, we definitely would love to stay here again. A huge thank you to Jean-Francois Babel!
