good location

The beds were very comfortable.

The unannounced valet parking. The multiple sounds throughout the night tunneling through the AC vent system was not pleasant. A conversation between 2 loud men was hears at 4 am. It's unsure if they were next door or if the conversation was heard through the AC vent. A door closed around 5am and sounded like it was in our room. The overall material used to build the hotel is of poor quality. I can only imagine this is the same for other aloft hotels, however I am not willing to pay to test this out at any aloft location.

The location and shuttle every 1/2 hr made very convenient because I needed to board a plane early the next morning. It was also easy to check in and out. The facilities were very clean and sound proof so I felt comfortable and slept well. The bartender that put in a salad order for me provided excellent service.

There was a frig but no microwave, which I needed but may have overlooked when reading the amenities when I booked the room. Because there was no microwave I opted to go to the down stairs restaurant. I saw there was a bar but it wasn’t clear to me this was where I order food, I felt a bit awkward figuring out what to do. I have to say, the bar tender who took my order made it easy and was very polite. Also, although the staff at the front desk did answer my questions, they could have been a little more friendly. I was in town for my Sister’s memorial service feeling emotional and this was my first time at this hotel, I was confused about a couple of things, being less business like and not assuming I knew where the restaurant is for instance, would have been helpful.

That when i arrived i asked the staff if I chose to extend my stay can I they said yes But next day i was in a rush to get to a dr appt they told me no That i had to check out then book again which became more pricey

There was no continental breakfast Hair in the shower from previous guests Did not like the pay to park! Bed had lumps in it Only one small trash can in the room

The charge for parking

Location was great, all the staff I encountered was very friendly, and clean. They have ways bar and restaurant located in the hotel. I did not try the food.

The room next to us was a long stay residence assuming employee they had a dog that kept barking, called front desk they offered to move us but we were only staying one more night didn’t want to pack up and move.
