Die Sauberkeit war nicht gut und am Abend waren viele Obdachlosen um das Hotel herum

Está ubicado en el centro de Dallas, muy cerca de todas las atracciones turísticas de interés. El restaurante es muy bueno y las habitaciones sumamente cómodas.

Good location to the convention center. Hotel room was clean. The beds were OK.

Our shower faucet would hang and didn't want to turn off. The toilet ran constantly. No employees at desk at checkout

The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The beds were comfy, and the setup was very convenient for my friends and I. The parking system was efficient and the location was great for our event.

The sink didn’t drain in our room and there were some lights that didn’t work in my friend’s room. Dallas has a bad homeless problem which isn’t the hotel’s fault but there were some unwanted interactions leaving or arriving at the hotel.

第一晚入住接待前台的接待员服务态度很差，从来没有遇到过这样的接待，只因我有点咳嗽，当面说crazy,，一句也不愿多回答，客人像是犯人

Lunch was good staff friendly, cement pond was ok alittle dirty,bed was comfy air con worked great....

I had to fix the toilet would not flush,all the outlits ground protections were tripped had to reset fridge was off,no end table for my phone and drink had to put it on a chair,and and the coffee maker worked but no hot water came out,but they had coffee in cafe but i wanted a cup now.....

Staff can be friendlier and attentive. My booking said breakfast included, which is one of the reasons I chose this hotel. When I took my family to eat, they said only two people are included! Each additional person is 17$! I wouldn’t have booked the hotel if there was transparency and I would’ve known this. I had 3 kids with me. I emailed property, Booking.com, and asked front desk to no avail. I would not recommend this property. There are others in the area that clean, nice for a similar price. Pool was filthy dirty. My kids feet were black from the carpet in the room.
