The rooms were quite nice especially the Spa unit. Quiet, comfortable and clean.

The management company response to issues involving unlocking the doors and returning keys to the lock box were unacceptable. We will never , never stay in a place managed by Vacasa!

Units had damp places on the floor and a musty/pet smell. We believe our daughter left her purse and texted to have it located and the reps seem more concerned with us paying $25 than actually getting someone to look for the purse. Purse contains ID, debit and credit cards and it’s a stressful loss but reps don’t seem to care.

Location was great.

Mildew odor in the cabana.

Almost everything. It was clean & comfortable.

Couldn’t get tv to work. I honestly think it was us but wasn’t able to get going during our stay.? It would be help for written instructions.

Super close to the beach and well-appointed with a kitchen in the cabana and spa tub in the spa suite. The staff was very accommodating and even put up a banner and stocked some champagne for a 75th birthday we were celebrating. It was cozy and quiet, and having our own parking was great!

It was a little bit unpleasant that the garbage and recycling bins were right next to the doors of the rooms. We had to squeeze by them to go between the suites. The wet weather made that more tricky but we managed.

Great location, as advertised close to the beach, but also short walk to Haystack and town.
