This property was like a home away from home.So beautiful in the building and out.Such a friendly environment and really you don't even have to leave the area if you don't want to.

The only issues was there's a hot tub that anytime you turned it on your water would be full of black stuff.And to have a hot tub there just isn't enough hot water.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Roaches EVERYWHERE. Mold in the rooms. They shut the water off at night, which makes no sense because of all the paint parties in town. Thankfully I have a son so I cleaned off with baby wipes. Came with 6 wristbands for 8 people and said if you lose one, it’s $25 a band. No direction on how to get around the hotel. Staff is rude. Coffee pot half a** works. No remotes and broken remote besides the livingroom. AC doesn’t hardly work. Outlets are faulty. Trim is broken on the wall and coffee table. DO NOT GET ROOM 2330!!! Definitely not worth the $1200 for it.

Sky Bar was nice.

Mold in both bedrooms, horrible smell from AC unit, fridge didn't cool, ice maker did not work, stains on walls, roaches (not water bugs), Balcony door broken, no blinds over master bedroom door that leads to balcony, elevators are a nightmare. They closed on us as we were walking through the entrance. Parking passes not in room as indicated, called four times and spent over 45 mins on the phone. Excuses were the only thing provided. Resort itself is clean just no clear way to get from tower to tower.

Close to pier park, nice pool

Apartment itself unclean and dated. Nasty stains on walls and furniture. Air condition does not work had to sleep with windows and doors open which caused high humidity and extremely slick floors. Glass doors to balcony are broken must use side door from master to access balcony. Broken chair on balcony. Roaches both dead and alive. Very few utensils and dishes. Contacted Vacasa, someone came out to assess air condition and broken balcony door, said they would come back and we never heard from them again. Unable to reach by phone next day. Very very disappointed with this place.

Room 2330 was not clean! The bathroom toilet was being repaired for a leak at the time of our arrival. Traveling with family and small children, this level of accommodations is unacceptable! Fortunately, Vacasa, relocated us to an excellent room after about an hour of phone tag. Everyone was tired and the kids were unruly from a day at the beach and not being able to take a bath and relax.

What could have been better? The staff at the front desk when inquiring about the room, she did not help with information other than the information is in the room. Where or how to find the room, speaking as if I knew my way around. She did not communicate her knowledge in a clear manner . She explained as if I had knowledge of the area as she did. Very poor customer service skills. The booking company knowledge of the condition and preparation of the room. This was terrible!!! I’m really shocked..
