The pool was nice

The valet parking was trash. And the attendant was rude on top of wasting our time. They told us to allow 5-10 min to get the car and on the morning I texted the number and it was 45min - one hour before they got my car. If you have to go to the airport you make sure to call you car an hour ahead of time!

Beautiful hotel. Delicious breakfast. Close to the river for a good walk.

Breakfast offered variety based on what people might want- from light meal such as toast, oatmeal, fruit to heavy - pancakes, bacon, sausage, etc.

Parking was an inconvenience- choosing the lot and then wasn’t able to park there because valet use it.

The young lady at the front desk at our arival Cassandra was absolutely wonderful and Patient she was so helpful with so much information for first time visitors to Texas like us. She made her experience so much better. You should be very proud of her as an employee she takes care of her customers. The employees on the 35th floor restaurant were extremely helpful polite and quick to assist our needs. Our bathrooms rooms were very clean and smelled good.

The only thing that wasn’t so nice was all that noise from construction of buildings around the pool area but that’s only temporary I understand.

Overall it was a very nice hotel with a great view and great location

The lobby had a rotten egg smell more than once and our room was very dusty for the price we paid I’d expect these not to be issues

This is a beautiful hotel and property. We were unable to valet because we had a cargo tray attached to our hitch so parking was a little stressful but very secure. Staff was attentive. Room service was pricey but good. We wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the property and area.

They tried to upsell us to the “concierge” (I think that’s what it’s called) level which included complimentary snacks but ended at 10pm and we were checking in after that time and only staying one night. The drinks we got at the bar were quite good but the bartender wasn’t very friendly or attentive. It was late but they were still open.

Staff was wonderful. It was a best friends mom trip for me and my friend of 30 years and I had mentioned it to Samantha while checking in. She sent up a note including recommendations and Prosecco to cheers the start of our trip. So sweet! The room was clean and the beds were super comfortable.

We did need to take an Uber quite a bit as it was not too close to 6th in bad weather or else we would have walked. Super close to Rainey Street so that was an easy walk to explore. Austin was overall a friendly city in our experience. If you want to see it all without the crowds, go right after new years. We had so much fun but were literally the only people in most of the bars and restaurants.

地理位置有点不很理想，走去议会大厦等地有点不可能。非得开车。周遭正在盖楼，到处是变窄的单行线，估计几年之内四周都会很难走。

Beds at Fairmonts are always nice, very clean, very friendly staff! Little over priced for what you get (it was ACL weekend)

Price is a little high also food quality at the Italian restaurant was sub par when I got a nice meal to go I only ate about 40% of it.

This is my third time staying at this property and I’ve gotta say it’s a great place to stay at. I usually stay here when I’m in Austin for a convention at the convention center right across from the hotel so the location is convenient for me.

I’d pre paid for a room and when I went to check in, I was told the room that I’d pre paid for wasn’t ready so I was upgraded. When I asked in regards to what would happen with the money that I’d already pre paid, I was never provided an answer.

Small bath towels. No room round the pool. Cheap toilet roll. No slippers. 2 bannas 325 dollars bought in the shop. Staff never handled the bannas but wanted a tip! Even Dick Turpin wore a mask!!

Location was perfect for the main attractions Austin has to offer!

The Fairmont is an exceptional hotel. We love the staff and the hotel as a whole. We loved the different options of restaurants on property. The pool was beautiful and relaxing. So happy we spent our anniversary here.

Everyone on staff was warm and helpful. My auto rental from Go Rentals c/o thier concierge was fast, easy & reliable. Excellent job. Loved the Iron Works BBQ across the street. It was nice having a Lime scooter right outside. I took a scooter and found little restaurants & interesting retail down nearby E. Cesar Chavez St. Also, the 6th St. nightlife chaos/excitement was not far away if your plans called for it. Fast help from the FedEx business center too. Secret fun day trip: Rent a car and drive 90 minutes west to quaint Fredericksburg; but be sure to stop at MagnoliaPearl.com -- an architectural gem selling extremely innovative women's clothing. See images of the compound below. Crazy cool.

I know it was 104 outside (in August) but INSIDE, the reception, halls, bar & gym were a bit too cold.

Beautiful room on 28th floor. Given rooms very close together as requested. Spotlessly clean hotel.

We haven't had to pay for basic wifi for a very long time. WE registered for the loyalty programme but still had to pay which was a bit of a shock when the hotel is quite expensive anyway.

It was really clean .the restaurant and food was really good.

Only around the hotel was lots of homeless and not feeling safe also some teenagers asking about money
