The staff were all so nice and friendly. Warm, welcoming & super helpful. I like that breakfast is included & the location is great.

The room wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked but it wasn’t too bad. The breakfast was ok but not enough options for vegan or gluten free diets - Including the milk for tea/coffee, need other options.

The room was dark and dreary. The staff seemed put out by appropriate requests to a hotel charging $250 a night plus taxes and fees. If I had known we would be paying $850 for three nights in a room whose two windows faced a wall, I would not have stayed here. We were there for three days, and our room was serviced only once (trash removal and towel delivery). We otherwise had to call to request clean towels. The laundry room was dirty, and the washing machine smelled like mildew. The valet parking was $45 a day, and the valet staff seemed annoyed when we were parking or picking up our car. Prior to this, we stayed at a much better hotel in the Mueller neighborhood with high-end and friendly service (including the parking valets) a great view from our room, beautifully appointed public spaces and rooms and close to great restaurants and a beautiful park for the same price as the disappointing Hyatt House. I thought the experience of being downtown would be a plus, but it was not worth it.

It was quiet and the suite was spacious

Cleaning was provided on a cery sporadic basis , we were there for a week and the suite was never vacuumed. The location was “ spotty” it was not the sort of area that encouraged walking after dark. Austin has a burgeoning “ homeless” problem and the hotel area is evidence of that problem

Modern hotel room, very nice and welcoming staff, good placement.

Very loud AC, the hotel is central but located near a homeless shelter, meaning lots of hobos at all times of the day. Be aware if you travel with family/SO. Below average breakfast.

False advertisement, room said it would have a sofa bed and would sleep 6! NO sofa bed, we were 5 adults, so I slept on the floor!

It’s centrally located to north/south of Austin with quick access to I-35. Lots of food options and nightlife within walking distance or a just a couple minutes by car.

Not family friendly and the bar next door is very loud after hours.

It was close to shops, restaurants and entertainment.

I wish the price was a little more reasonable

The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable and it was located near sixth street which is a plus. The breakfast was also very good.

We had to pay $45 a day for valet parking, and one of the valets was very rude. We could also hear the music blaring until wee hours of the morning from the nearby clubs.

Klimaanlage ließ sich nicht komplett ausschalten, daher war es nachts recht laut. Frühstück war ok aber leider nur bis 9:30 Uhr

Delicious breakfast with variety of options. The area is nice and close to everything, and the view from our room was beautiful. The room is set up with everything needed for a comfortable stay, probably even good enough for longer stay.

It can be a little dangerous to walk around the area, got to stay alert. The dishwasher smelled a little musky right when you enter the room.

Breakfast could have been much better.

The sound from the club next door will keep you awake until 2am. I could feel the base in the room.

Breakfast was more than I expected. The dining area was clean and bright, the staff was friendly, and we received a serious bargain with this stay.

Heard noise from next door and above sometimes. The gas fireplace was not operational.

Dated facilities. The A/C unit was super loud. In the shower, you have standing water because it's poorly built. While it is centrally located, the surrounding area is not as nice as you'd think, as there is a shelter and a lot of homeless people nearby.

Perhaps a wider choice of healthier snacks to purchase

This property has fantastic staff who assisted our every need. Valet was readily available on arrival and then we were greeted at the desk by Eligh who continued through our 3 day stay to be extremely friendly and helpful advising us on where to eat and drink and look around each time we asked. The studio was very clean and serviced every other day. The pool area was nice and the gym provided a decent workout. The daily breakfast provided was quite basic but perfectly edible and started the day with us haven eaten something rather than not. The location of this property is great for The Capitol Building and just a few blocks from Sixth Street.

There is no denying the area around the hotel is not the best, but this is not the hotel’s fault or anything they are doing wrong but sadly does form part of the review.
