The house is super nice for families

It wasn't cleaned well.

The cabin was great the staff went above and beyond to fix our situation

Unfortunately the cleaning crew didn't do their job before we arrived

BEAUTIFUL LOCATION, VIEWS WERE EXCELLENT OVERALL CLEAN ROOMS ARE VERY ROOMY ALL WITH BATHROOMS BEDS WERE EXCEPTIONAL, LARGE CLEAN, AND COMFORTABLE

THERE WAS NO KEURIG COFFE MAKER, and we coffee drinkers like the ease of making a cup of coffee with ease, and quickness although there was a nice coffee maker you have to use ground coffee with filters. get the k-maker for k-cups, and give us a choice. When we got there, there was a dead lizard on the floor, looked like he had been there a while, we removed him, but look like the host may need to check the house more often, also some odd bugs laying around the sink area, in kitchen, need to spray more? although these things were apparent, you expect this in mountain homes, didn't ruin our stay at all. I would still give it four stars!
