Fine hotel. Very comfortable. We were driving with a lot of luggage in the car for a long distance move.. We choose this hotel because it had a gated secure garage. We felt fairly safe leaving all our luggage in the car overnight. Things can happen but it seemed the safest parking situation near a large city. Also the cheapest parking fee in the area. The location is a short walk from Lake Washington. Absolutely beautiful views from all the small restaurants along the waterfront. I would stay here again.

Staff friendly. Common area clean. Breakfast was decent with a number of options.

Pool was broken down and closed which was one of the reasons to stay here. Discount should have been given for lack of expected amenity. Room cleanliness was satisfactory but far from great. Mattress uncomfortable.

The property was lovely, very clean, and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was fine. The walls and floors were thick and quite soundproof, too. We came together for a family reunion, reserving a number of rooms, and we had kids with us. I was a bit afraid we would need to be after out kids to keep quiet. We couldn't hear our kids or family members in our adjacent rooms through the walls, so we were pleased about that. It made it comfortable for everyone.

We were disappointed that the pool was out of order, as we were coming together as three families with kids. The indoor pool looked lovely and was one of our primary reasons for choosing this location. We also requested a King suite room so that we could have a few dishes and serving amenities, but the suites offer very little other than a microwave and refrigerator. One item that we lacked was a wine key. They had one at the front desk that we had to return immediately since it was the only one in the entire hotel. The wine key was a small detail, but the pool was a larger one. The kids were disappointed they were unable to swim.

The hotel staff was friendly and courteous, some of the nicest people we have encountered at a hotel. The woman at the front desk over the weekend we stayed there was exceptional. Our room was not the right setup for us. She realized that before we did and quickly gave us a different room without batting an eyelash. We had a very comfortable stay and slept peacefully.

The pool is too cold for adults and children too. If it were just 5 degrees warmer, it would be tolerable to stay in for some fun play.

Bed linens or the bedspread had a perfume smell that bothered me all night.

Super clean, good breakfast, good location !!
