Dusty and cleaning could be better

The room and bed was very clean and comfortable. It met our needs of a family of three. We got a good deal to stay at a normally expensive hotel.

The staff was not friendly at all. I had an initial issue with my booking and they acted like they were too good to help out. The airport shuttle was free but doesn't run 24 hours so it was a huge inconvenience so we can get to the airport on time.

Lack of dinner service even though there was a restaurant on site. Lack of staff to take food orders. The way the limited staff addressed customers for dinner service.

Very Clean, spacious, quiet and the staff is fantastic.

I think if I stay their next time, I will get a room in front of hotel. Ony because you can hear the train that runs behind of the hotel. It didn't bother my wife but woke me up a couple times.

- the (2) women that helped me at the front desk were really nice. - the tv had apps like youtube, netflix, prime, etc. perfect for before bed. - the bathroom was very nice, and private. - concessions stand in the lobby had a great selection of snacks - great parking

- the men that helped us were very rude and condescending. - the cleaning/maintenance crew was also very rude, and intrusive**. the cleaning ladies knocked twice on our door and immediately walked into our room at 8am and shouted, “hello! when is your checkout!?” when my friend replied, “um? 12?” they didn’t respond and walked out. i wish this was an exaggeration because that’s NEVER happened to me before. - very limited signage, so it’s easy to get lost. - the bar downstairs was very limited, and seemed like it was more for aesthetic purposes. so yeah, it’s cheaper somewhere else. might as well wait and go there. - a/c is fine, but you’ll be able to ‘smell’ the heat - the volume on the tv is weird, when you try and adjust it, 2 different leveled volume bars pop up on the side, with two totally different numbers. ** we had left our room for dinner ~8pm and returned 2 hours later. when we walked in, we noticed our tv was on a channel we never left it on. we thought nothing of it, because it’s not our personal entertainment system. we then left again at ~10pm, and returned 4 hours later. when we walked back into our room, we noticed that not only was the tv tampered with (set back to the screen we had it on when we originally left at 8) but the remote, our spare room key, my friends bedspread, and my camera bag filled with camera equipment, we’re all misplaced. it wasn’t until before bed when i realized that all of our previously watched videos were at the bottom of our search history, and the last few recently watched were completely unrecognizable. the door hanger “do not disturb” sign was on the ground next to the door. it was as if someone had a spare key to our room without our knowledge, went in after we had left, and hung out for a bit before leaving in a panic. this wouldn’t surprise me due to the fact that the next morning, a worker for the hotel entered our room without permission, while we were still in bed.. sleeping..
