As hoteliers/restaurateurs, we have a different and sometimes stricter perspective than others. I can only congratulate the hotelier here. We had room 320 and were completely satisfied. What a great room and the service was always unobtrusively nice and courteous. We have traveled halfway around the world but rarely have we stayed in such a great hotel. Congratulations! As there was not a hair in the soup to be found, we can wholeheartedly give a full score here...🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼

Beautiful hotel in prime location for SB. Staff were excellent and naturally welcoming. Room was lovely and in very good condition. very child friendly hotel

like all the hotels in these types of locations California the cost of the valet parking (only option) is ridiculous when you think about how much you’re paying for a room!

Out room was in a completely separate building from the main hotel. consequently there was no bar or restaurant; we never saw a single staff member and no security at the entrance!! just a note to be vigilant about people following you in!! felt more like a random apartment. the balcony view was laughable . it was obscured by a wall

Location is excellent, near the beach and a number of great restaurants nearby. Room service food was the best I've ever had! The rooftop pool and hottub were amazing. We spent most of our time there and loved every minute of it! Our room was spacious and very quiet.

Our room had minor damage on the furniture and cabinets, like a dog had chewed on things and they hadn't been fixed. The beds were too soft for our taste, but that seems to be a luxury thing in most hotels. The hotel is REALLY expensive and there is no option for parking except valet which was more $ than advertised.

Location was great. Bed was very comfortable.

When we checked in no one mentioned where anything was. Gym, pool etc. We asked for water on 3 different occasions and no one showed up. We were there for 3 nights and no towels were replaced or trash taken out. Gym also didn’t have water. Unfortunately, besides location and the beautiful decorations, I felt it was way too expensive for what we received. We travel often and this did not exceed our expectations.
