The Condo ist next to the Beach and the Pool ist just a few steps away in the garden.
The pots and pans were a bit damaged, would be nice to have some undamaged to cook.

Condo was clean and very comfortable. Owners are easily accessible and respond quickly. Quiet beach on the property. Lovely pool. Excellent location within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Everything you need is provided; beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, etc.
Parking spots near the condo fill up quickly but there is adequate parking on the property, you just have park further away. Cost of laundry.

The location was excellent. I loved the beach just steps away from the condo and had fun snorkeling and watching the sea turtles. And the condo had all sorts of equipment like boogie boards and snorkels for us to use.
When we arrived the towels were were damp and really stunk. I had to rewash all of the cutlery and I had trouble opening and closing the sliding door. In general the condo was well equipped but a little dark and run down. We loved the location but wished the interior was cleaner and a bit more comfortable.

Had all the beach necessities- towels, umbrella, chairs, snorkels, masks, fins, coolers, a couple steps from the semi private beach, great pool, good a/c unit

I was extremely impressed with this place. The condo was well-appointed, stocked with tons of cooking equipment, and clean, all units had balconies or patios that faced a well-manicured common lawn area with a nice swimming pool, grills, and access to a (practically private) beach. Paddleboards, kayaks, and life jackets were available to borrow at no cost. The location in Kihei is close to grocery stores and restaurants. I only stayed 3 days but this would be an excellent spot for a 1 week+ stay, and I hope to come back and do that in the future.

Location was wonderful- Almost private beach complete with sea turtles. Close to great restaurants. Welcoming chocolates and chocolate covered strawberries on valentines were a nice touch.

Good location and facilities. Beach is gentle and ideal for swimming, only a few steps away. We saw two turtles swimming near shore on the first day. Condo is well equipped for cooking. First floor is so convenient to get in and out. WiFi a bit weak in bedroom and dinning chairs are not comfortable. One more beach chair would be perfect. We had a very enjoyable stay.
