The area was nice enough and the facilities were clean

They put us in an adjoining room with someone and the neighbors partied all night Saturday with loud music and nothing stopped them. So we just had to deal with it. The inside and outside of the hotel smelled like weed all weekend.

the location is close to the place that i need to go. Staff is friendly and this hotel serve breakfast as well. Clean room and bathroom. All and all this hotel always my to go place when i'm visiting Houston

They had to switch our room the sec. night because the air wasn't working. At first they send maintenance in to fix it while we where in there and my husband told him nk we was about to get up and take shower and get dress and that's when they moved us.. Didn't offer any discount or nothing.

I had a fantastic breakfast every morning. The chef was exceptional - his recall memory is truly amazing. How he can take the orders of about ten people, store them in his head, and cook them to perfection is pleasantly surprising. This was daily also.

After talking to the housekeeping manager Maria, she assured me that my room will be cleaned and restocked with towels. After returning from a long hot 115* degree day, my family of 4 came in to a room that wasn’t even touch. The dirty towels from the morning was still on the floor in the bathroom. No clean towels were restocked. Garbage from previous day still there. When I called front desk to explain, they acted as if I had inconvenienced them. It took over an hour after calling twice to bring towels. I’ve stayed at Embassy all over and this was my worst experience with them.

The property was close to a lot of main attractions, restaurants, etc. The staff was very friendly. Parking is free and abundant. The breakfast served was a good variety.

We had to change rooms because the first room’s AC was broken. The first room was very moist and humid. The second room we got was much better but there were stains on the carpet and we baby roaches crawling around. The walls are pretty thin so we were able to hear the kids next door to us majority of the night.

Breakfast was too early. Never been to a hotel where breakfast ended at 9am on weekdays. For someone on vacation, 9am is possibly when you are just waking up. You had to ask for your room to be cleaned, I found that strange as there was a "Do Not Disturb" tag at the door which I thought was for the purpose where you didn't want housekeeping to disturb you during their general routine cleaning but apparently you order for cleaning so maybe no need for the DND tag

Friday nite social hour had good food but Sat's food was not good. Friday they had cheesed, crackers, chicken salad. Sat included chips some hot sauce and chicharones!
