Staff were wonderful both Gary and Gina were friendly and accommodating. Bonus was the free appetizers in the evening and the breakfast each morning was wonderful. Lee who served us at breakfast was great as well. Again your staff really made the stay that much better.

Room could use a refresh.

Nice size room with balcony. View over to the main town was very attractive at sunrise and sunset.

It was pricey for an upmarket motel. Was a bit of a schlep over the bridge each time we wanted to go into town.

Location was amazing, amazing view from room. Breakfast was amazing and Lee the lady who served us was an angel. Staff at front desk above and beyond to help us solve issue with broken sliding door. Got someone to check it out and he even though unable to fix lock made us feel safe by rigging it so nobody could get in. I recommending you to everyone I know.

Very tasteful updating of a motel with a superb location on the marina, close to historic district. Easy access by car and parking. Comfortable room with patio and looking out over marina Social hour with appetisers Breakfast ordered and served at your table

Appreciated early check-in, room amenities such as pleasant soap and number of towels, info provided at check-in about area, view, cordiality of staff, server at breakfast- great attitude and efficient not to mention great food, room colors a bit cold - but decor well done

Other guests became rowdy and no staff around to go to, wine price for a glass and not being able to charge to room but likely because reserved through 3rd party

the bathroom sink leaked some into the cabinets, the AC unit is very loud.

We will be back! The view is amazing and we loved the breakfast! Walk right over the bridge to downtown St. Augustine

Close to town

Room smelled, no place to hang towels. Very damp in room, breakfast was ok, biscuit was flat and the size of 1/2 dollar. Would not stay again.

The complementary breakfast was beyond good. I would call it gourmet and varied each morning. The little cafe overlooked the Bridge of Lions and all of downtown St. Augustine. The little cafe was immaculate and welcoming. We were very pleased with the staff as well.

The noise from the traffic on the Bridge of Lions was a bit intense but all in all didn't deminish our experience. The elevator was slow.

Great sunset view from our balcony, breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly.

Everything seemed to be newly renovated but the AC unit in the room was very old and noisy, luckily it was a chilly out so we didn't need it on.
