The location was good. Walmart, eating places all close. Disney 10 mins away.

The complex was full of cars on the road, this caused issues trying to get in and out of driveways. The back yard was full of weeds and not inviting to sit outside. I did not feel this was part of the cleaning duties as the table outside was very dirty too.

It’s was very spacious

The shortage of towels and the fact that we had to pack our own face clothes. Also, there should have been more linen available such as a throw to lounge with. At least two toiletries items should have been available and access to cleaning items (trash bags, tub cleaners, etc.). I have stayed at other vacation properties and it had these amenities during the pandemic.

The location of the townhome were perfect for shopping and close to Disney.

We had no wash clothes, pots were wormed out , hard time getting in and out of driveway due to other quests throughout the neighborhood parking directly on each side of the street and community pool were crowded every day from the actual residence giving birthday parties to where we could not even get in for a swim. There were black long stringy hair in the bathrooms, for the amount of cleaning fee we pay it should be clean better than what it was.

Other wise the parking, very nice area.

I had a hard time getting back in the parking space. Neighbors very loud and drank. Parking was very bad.

Nothing! The worst booking I ever made in my life.

Everything! Staff, customer service, property are very poor. Believe me, don’t ever book this! Customer service are delayed with responding to questions, no 24 hrours customer service. We check in late, and guess what, somebody is inside the property that we booked. They put my family kn danger and the other family in danger by double booking it. And guess what, no customer service to call with as their office was closed and ended up scrambling for an alternative place to stay for the night. The WORST PART? They would not even refund or reimbursed the night that we missed. They offered us another night of free stay but what if we don’t have an extra day to spend? Nope, no reimbursement and refund! The place has a lot of damages, we even have to take pictures for evidence to avoid being charged. Not even an extra trash bag for long term booking. They have an oven but no oven pan to use. Believe me when I say that even if they ruin your vacation schedule, comfort and safety, they don’t care.

We loved everything!! Perfect!! When we come back, we want to stay at the same house!!!
