Location was excellent, the beach and the golf course and our dinner at Roy’s.

The bed was not to our liking it was not comfortable, the knives were very dull, they need to be sharpen or else get new ones, there were no cutting board, the screen door looking towards the golf course needs to be fixed, the fixtures were worn and old, there were cracks in the wall near the kitchen and bedroom. This unit must be near 50 yrs old it needs a major upgrade. At this time I would not recommend this property to anyone.

Shower pressure was weak. Mattress needs to be updated.

Location on ground floor was nice- easy walk to restaurant and golf pro shop. Peaceful, pretty scenery from small lanai.

Unit is in need of refurbishment! VERY musty and moldy; paint peeling; wood rotting in places; furniture worn/ratty; most uncomfortable bed we’ve ever had to sleep on! Could have been much cleaner.

This is Larry, Julie's father. My wife and I stayed in the Hula House. Julie was in another unit. Overall we enjoyed the property with the exception of the items listed below. Great location, comfortable furniture easy to get into.

There were no salt or pepper available or any other spices that were included in other rentals for our family. The bed was terrible. We had to sleep on a spring mattress that was outdated years ago. How about spending a few buck and get a 3-4 inch Memory Foam mattress topper? Also. we had a king sized bedspread on a queen sized bedl

It was close to leis leis and to turtle bay resort. We were happy to have A/C and the fans. We liked the ground level.

It could be updated. Beds weren’t very comfortable and just older furnishings. Some bugs but it is Hawaii.

The bed is horrible. We could feel the springs. I slept on the short couch most nights. We were exhausted most days due to lack of sleep. The shower heads are terrible. Cheap motel 6 heads. Ants were terrible. We didn’t have unwrapped food or standing garbage and anything on the back counter was covered with ants. Dead cockroaches also. It’s too hot not to have AC. Just had to hide out in the bedroom if we were there. I can’t believe you rent this to people spending so much money for a Hawaiian vacation.
