Breakfast was underwhelming. Manager/owner was very rude when we notified him that AC was not working and showerhead could not be hanged. He even accused us of damaging it.

The owner was completing about money all the time. Had a problem with the cash machine of the little town and the owner was almost aggressive. Instead of finding solutions.

We really enjoyed our stay at Itaka hotel. There is something special about a family owned hotel and the care and pride that goes into running it. The facilities were well taken care of, the staff were friendly and welcoming, breakfasts were delicious and the pool was lovely. Our room, while simple in decor, had a hairdryer and fridge, but was set it apart was the balcony and the beautiful sunsets. It was convenient (and delicious) to have a restaurant serving dinner on site. We’d happily return.

Because it was out of the season, the owner kept the hotel running because of us despite being the only ones in the whole facility, amazing person and very hospitable.

Itaka hotel is You fell at home Staff (its a family run hotel) is very proffesional and friendly. Good food. All the beaches are really close. The beds are cosy. Quiet.

Main problem is NO wifi internet because owner is cheap to pay 5EUR more to have connection whole month. No hairdryer. Room not as specified. Extremely squeaky bed so hard to fall and stay asleep. Fridge makes loud noises.

It was very good value for money. Lovely facilities. Very friendly and accommodating staff. The owner allowed us to stay longer than the check in to enjoy the facilities as I needed to work. It was a small village but the location was close to everything the village had to offer. The room was cozy for two, clean and it was nice to find a little mini fridge. The wifi was perfect and you could access it in all the areas of the hotel which was a GREAT plus for me.

I would add a hair dryer in the room. We found the food a bit expensive considering the prices in Albania and considering that the prawns weren't really fresh (place being in front of the sea). However, at the end it was balanced with the price of the room. But for dinner we went to eat somewhere else because of that.

Nice place, close to the bunice and lukova beaches. Mini markets nearby, really nice pool and restaurant with lovely sunset views. It was a last minute booking that we absolutely did not regret.

a very cosy place. family atmosphere. young staff, the children of the owner I’d guess, with a very good English. good location to reach beaches, a nice swimming pool to close the day at the sunset, good restaurant … what else do you need ?

just a little note. the first day homemade super jam has been served at breakfast, the second day an industrial basic one … probably the homemade was over, but after the first day we have high expectations

Smal menu no starters or beer snack type food . Beach is some hike if no car and o mean some hike .

This property was at a beautiful spot with amazing sunset view . Food was delicious and everyone was friendly it has a nice pool where I was spending most of the time To go to Beach you need a car and is 7 min driving. This hotel is a family business where everyone was trying to meme you feel comfortable. Julio Roula was always with a smile. At the end of my stay I was feeling as part of family.

Room was clean, equipped in a great style 👌 The owners are so lovely people, available 27/7. The pool is very clean, with the best sea view's. The foods is professionally made, so delicious. The cofe bar and restaurant are in a amazing garden also with the best sea view's and mountain view. Ideal for romantic moments, also family friendly❤️

I only don't like me, myself😁 because I didn't book entire summer holiday in this hotel. We were in Ksamil but I must admit that I can't compare Ksamil with Lucova. Lucova with this hotel is the better solution for us❤️
