Loved the safe feeling, the facilities available, the set up of the chalet was awesome including kitchenware to make meals easier. Kids had a ball in the pool and can't wait to go back, pet friendly with a fenced area for of leash play (we had no pets but nice for those who do) Great location, easy access to shops etc.. Thanks again for a great stay!!

Had problems with electrics, eventually fixed. Cabin serviced every seven days. Plumbing a bit hit and miss. Cooking hot plate missing a knob to turn on. Rangehood extraction recirclates in the cabin needs replacing. Expensve to stay. $2860 for 22 days. Poorly maintained park, trees over hanging roof leaves in the gutters Decking needs maintenance. For the amount of money charged they need to improve facilities. Tennis court not usable childrens play ground not good.

the property was very tun down and the cabin was terrible there where holes in the bathroom floor the sink in the bathroom was cracked. the kitchen sink tap was loose the bunk beds were hand made and dirty. the front steps were way to steep the hole unit needs a lot of work.

Nothing, everything was terrible. The rooms were if poor grade for the rate paid. We asked for early check in, and told no, as we assumed someone was in the room. Then on arrival the beds were covered in dirt, the sheets stained, and no hot water. We were then moved and the room next door was just as bad. They said they would change the sheets and they never did. Our key broke in the lock and the next day we left as it was horrible . The pool was also dirty

The pictures on booking.com are very incorrect. this place was horrible, unclean and had a rodent infestation. No hot water and the beds were dirty. we left early to another hotel.

The park needs a good clean up and maintenance. the grounds are unkept and a fire hazard, dry long grass around the park particularly behind the cabin I was in and next door. tree limbs everywhere and rubbish. the cabin itself was old (which is fine) but unkept. the floor next to the fridge had not been cleaned where the fridge obviously had leaked. under the bed had not been cleaned and looks like something had spilled there. the curtains were hung on elastic strip and were just looped across not attaching properly. flyscreens were off. paint chipped in various locations and cupboard doors to kitchen are are old and peeling. kitchen fan above the stove didn’t work. air con was very old, however worked. the bathroom behind the toilet tiles were filthy and dirty. mould in the corners and about 20cm in corners of the shower.
