Place was nice and clean but the lack of kitchen supplies, not even pepper, was disappointing.

This property is exactly the way it is described. Beautiful view, ocean right straight ahead! There is a pool however we did not utilize. The management really did supply those basics! Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms aplenty! Views cannot be beat!

Everything was really nice and as-advertised in the rental description. Could use some furniture updates in the living room and the mattress in the MBR needs replaced. Also, the TV controls were not user friendly. A guide should be provided that explains what is available and what is not. This was a general frustration (a lot of dead ends), even for those in our party that have similar controls and programming at home. Also, the vacuum cleaner didn't work.

We have been staying in these condos for almost 15 years.. each visit is at least 10nights.. in the last 2 years we have noticed some significant changes in maintenance/cleaning Broken light No hot water in one shower 10 nights- 3 rolls of TP 3 dishwasher tabs Coffee, nice but no filters - a keurig would be a great addition Floors dirty - the vacuum in unit didn’t work so maintenance came and we re- vacuumed - ask to keep the vacuum because the one in the unit didn’t work.. they said no as it was needed to clean other units - we had a crawling baby.. would have been helpful Last year we cleaned an entire bathroom that was obviously forgotten about by cleaning staff.. there was actually urine and feces in the toilet.. Please get new pots and pans.. u can buy a decent set every year at Christmas time when Walmart or target has tfal sets on sale for cheap - the stainless steel r horrible and everything sticks 1 blanket/comforter had blood on it 1 blanket/ comforter looked like someone literally peed on it We rewashed all bedding before using it.. Carpeting in bedrooms seriously needs replaced.. it’s actually crusty feeling I leave 2 brand new nice beach chairs (think Tommy Bahama) every year and every year we come back the nice ones r gone and we r left w/super rusty ones that hardly fold… I mean just switch them out for crying out loud We love these condos, the size and location are perfect.. think it’s time to do some serious updating

We have a girl's trip twice a year and travel all areas of the East and West Coast. Cocoa Beach has been one of our favorites so far! The location of this Condo was perfect. It is close to all the restaurants, Cocoa Beach pier and Ron Jon surf shop. The highlight of our trip was the launch that went off right at Kennedy space center We could watch the launch right from our patio. It was amazing. The condo itself was surprisingly Very clean and huge! It accommodated the 5 of us perfectly. I would definitely rent this unit again

Beautiful Condo. Very comfy and roomy. Views of the ocean were breathtaking. Location was perfect. I would recommend this condo to everyone!! I would definitely choose to stay here again.

Place was well maintained and spacious for all 7 of us. Great location within walking distance of many things. Beach views were spectacular! The outside appearance could use some sprucing up but overall we had a lovely time and would stay here again.

Very clean! Pictures do not do this place justice! Well stocked kitchen. Even had a bottle of wine and good coffee there for us. We will definitely stay again!

This condo was perfect for everyone in our family, from the 5 year old to the 88 year old! The views cannot be beat, the rooms are spacious, and the patio is wonderful! This was our second time at this property and we will be back again!

Property was amazing. The ramp to get to the beach needs to be cleared, it was very hard to pull our beach buggy down. Location was great and the inside of the condo was super clean!

This place is the most amazing location....everything that vrbo said was correct and all the annemities were available. The only thing I would change if I could would be a larger Pool. The Swimming Pool is small but the Condo made up for that. WE loved our week and thanks again. If we visit Cocoa Beach again we will call again.

Rental process was easy and checking in/checking out was seamless. The condo was gorgeous - so spacious and clean. One of the best we’ve ever stayed at. The beach was beautiful! The only drawback was the very small pool. However, everything else totally made up for it!

We absolutely loved this 5th floor condo overlooking the ocean. Watching the sunrise every morning with a cup of coffee was worth every penny. Very spacious and an incredible location. 3-4 minutes from Cocoa Beach Pier and so many other restaurants/shops. We also appreciated the garage parking. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely look to book this again when we visit Cocoa Beach in the future.

Very comfortable with my family of 6

This was a beautiful and roomy condo in a great location on Cocoa Beach. The oceanfront, wrap around balcony had spectacular views and plenty of space to enjoy the breeze. Everything was clean and worked well inside. Our family had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic ocean view from the wrap-around balcony. Spacious and comfy condo. For the price, it could do with some more basic kitchen utensils / appliances. The pool was also tiny (slightly larger than a hot tub).

Great location

Easy checkin and comfortable accommodations. Great for watching sunrise and taking long walks on the beach. Rooms far enough apart for privacy. Great restaurants nearby.

The beach condo was very large and spacious and the beach views were gorgeous, especially the sunrises. It’s central to shops and restaurants, but yet the beaches were not overly packed. We did have an issue with one of the appliances on/off working, but they were scheduling a repair person, so hopefully that’s fixed. One thing they don’t highlight in the pictures, but should, was the massive wrap around balcony. We spent a lot of time out there and the kids loved all the area to run around and play!

Great beach, Fabulous ocean front with primo view. Convenient location with grocery store and good restaurants nearby. I will not hesitate to stay there again.

I don’t usually leave reviews but this place was perfect! It was huge and accommodating to everyone in our group ages 2-41. Thank you for a clean and comfortable place to stay with a beautiful view!

Amazingly beautiful view of the beach from the large wrap-around balcony. It's right on the beach. A short walk on a private boardwalk leads out to the beach. The unit itself is quite large and includes is very hotel-like in that it has all of the necessities (soap bars, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) This is our second stay at this location and we're just as pleased as the first time.

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The space is fabulous and the view, spectacular! Everything you need is provided. The kitchen is well equipped and even towels and chairs are there for use.

We booked this property after visiting Disney, because our flights kept getting cancelled due to the snow in Texas. Best decision ever! The view is absolutely breath taking, the tenants that live in the other units were so nice. The inside is a little dated but with a porch that has a view of the ocean like this we didn’t mind. The unit is very spacious and as described . Everything we used was in great working condition. We will come back next time we go to Disney for sure!

Perfect property to keep away from the crowds. Beach is steps from elevator and gated for resident use only. Lockers in the garage were perfect for storing beach gear. Walking distance to putt-putt, restaurants, and shopping. GREAT property to do as little or as much as you wish.
