It was strange that there was no one at reception. The given key code did not work. We needed the assistance of a guest to get our key. Could have done without the hassle after a long day travelling

Great location. Good value for money. Easy to find and to access room.

Local tax added later. Expect when booking on booking.com to pay everything. Check out 10am, but staff knocked on door 9.40am. Shouldn't knock until 10am. The light on wall sticks out and as beds narrow kept knocking it during the night.

The bed was AMAZING! So comfortable!!

Our bathroom door was frosted glass which meant that you couldn’t use it in the night/ early morning without waking up the other person!

Very clean and well thought out room, it had everything we needed. Location was good, only a short walk (about 10mins) to the old town.

The shower spray went past the shower door and soaked the floor - was fine for me but might be harder with two people staying

The location is great and the room wasn't bad either. You don't see any staff people, but they responded well by text or WhatsApp.

Please know that the parking spaces are extremely tight and it is super hard to get in and out the parking lot.

Check-in is a bit confusing. You never interact with staff. As far as I know there is none except for the cleaners. Check-out was also confusing. I had to leave cash in an envelope in my room for the city tax.

LOcation was ok ans Salzburg is a beautyfull city!

We couldnt have a shower because there was only cold water. In contact the reception but the couldnt fix it on time, So we have to check out and after that they told me that it was fixed. They didnt compensate anything.

The location and ease of check in

I liked the self check in, and the facilities that were available. Room was clean.

Room was tiny, and so so hot. We had the fan going constantly but it was almost too hot to breathe. Also the shower water came out of the shower and there was nowhere to hang up wet towels.

The location is really great, only a 10 minute walk from the city. The rooms are also quite modern and very clean, which was nice. We also appreciated the ability to self-check in though the process wasn't as smooth as expected.

Check-in was a bit confusing as we weren't given a parking card to place in our car and we were told to park in one spot, but the screen during check-in noted another spot (so we had to call and sort that out). Additionally, as others have mentioned, basement room was very warm during summer, though they did provide a fan which gave some relief. Additionally, the bathroom sliding door didn't function well when we first arrived and had to have it fixed during our first day. I think given the price, you don't quite get enough value for money. At least include parking as part of the stay and don't charge extra for it.
