Tim and Teresa were so welcoming when we arrived, they explained the local area and recommended key food places. The guesthouse is beautiful and the room exceeded our expectations. Little extra touches such as chilled water bottles and bottled milk made a difference! Breakfast was soo tasty and well presented! Overall a wonderful experience. We would definitely return!

Fantastic small hotel within easy reach of Weymouth town centre yet in a very quiet area and always room to park on the premises, even in full summer. The hotel is beautifully and tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts were amazing, fantastic choice of fruits, cereals and local jams and beautifully cooked savoury choices with daily specials. Every little detail was thought of and Tim and Teresa were great hosts, always on hand for a chat or recommendation or to lend a map. We would not hesitate to recommend.

The breakfast choices were amazing, the house lovely and Tim and Teresa just wonderful hosts. They gave us great restaurant recommendations as well as ideas for hikes etc.

On arrival we were greeted by our lovely hosts Tim & Teresa who were super friendly and extremely helpful ,the guest house was clean and the decor was a superb mix of old and new which exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was delicious with prompt and efficient service,fantastic specials each day were an added treat . Attention to detail was spot on .

Hotel is beautifully decorated, plenty of parking in front and back of hotel, hosts very welcoming, only 5 minutes walk into Weymouth and a pub The Park at the bottom of the road that does nice food, would definitely visit again.

The breakfast was outstanding with quality ingredients. It was probably the best we have ever had. Our hosts were so welcoming and we felt very much at home here. If we return to Weymouth we would not stay anywhere else.

Everything was fantastic. I received a text welcoming us and informing us our room was ready. We were greeted at the property by Tim. Very welcoming and friendly. Once we checked in Tim showed us around. The whole building is immaculately presented, clean and welcoming. Our room was stunning with a massive ensure bathroom. The bed was so comfy, all the bedding was top notch, clean and comfy. When we met Teresa later in the afternoon she was just as welcoming and friendly. Breakfast on both days was amazing, plenty of choice, my partner only drinks skimmed milk, we requested this on check in and it was available in our room later in the day and every morning at breakfast. BEST B&B (GUEST HOUSE) WE HAVE STAYED IN!
