La posizione, la vicinanza dei negozi, parcheggio adiacente all’hotel gratuito

Struttura con potenziale ma con molti difetti per il prezzo che abbiamo sostenuto. CAMERA: Abat-jour non funzionante. Due farettj per illuminare la stanza, di cui uno non funzionante. Porta della camera un po’ difettosa e che sembrava essere stata forzata. Doccino all’interno della doccia con filo troppo corto per poterlo attaccare all’apposito appoggio. Poca attenzione alla pulizia delle camere: un giorno non abbiamo trovato gli asciugamani, un altro giorno ci hanno lasciato la finestra del terrazzo aperta e i cestini aperti con il sacchetto nuovo da inserire. Una sera abbiamo dovuto fare la doccia fredda per un problema alla caldaia che fortunatamente è stato risolto tempestivamente. COLAZIONE: Poca scelta per la colazione, specialmente per chi preferisce fare colazione con il dolce. Poca igiene nel buffet della colazione poiché erano presenti le formiche sul piano di appoggio del pane (c’erano delle baguette che venivano tagliate e toccate da tutti). PERSONALE: Abbiamo avuto anche uno spiacevole episodio. Abbiamo purtroppo smarrito le chiavi della camera (poi ritrovate il giorno successivo da dei passanti), e l’hotel non aveva la copia della chiave. Ci hanno fatto passare per delle sprovvedute, rifiutandosi inizialmente di aprirci la porta della camera. Dopo varie lamentele hanno aperto con la chiave utilizzata dal personale addetto alla pulizia delle camere. Purtroppo era sera ed era Ferragosto e non potevamo fare una copia senza aspettare il giorno successivo. Il personale del ristorante (che si occupa anche del servizio reception) si è rifiutato di lasciarci la chiave e ci ha messo davanti a una scelta: lasciare la camera aperta (porta accessibile da chiunque passando dal giardino) o chiudere la camera a chiave con noi dentro, senza quindi possibilità di uscire fino al giorno successivo.

Hotel Cupidor graciously allows guests to store luggage for a few hours. • Delectable Breakfast: The breakfast spread was delightful, and the option for fried eggs and bacon by request was a highlight for us. Don’t forget to bring your non-dairy milk if you need it. • Suite Satisfaction: We were pleasantly surprised to be given suites, and they exceeded our expectations. Comfortable, well-equipped, and with a touch of luxury. • Cool Comfort: The air conditioning with a remote control was a lifesaver in the heat. You can easily adjust the room temperature to your liking. • Work-Friendly Amenities: For those who need to work on the go, a nice desk in the room provided a convenient workspace. • Social Spaces: Tables outside the rooms were perfect for socialising and enjoying the lovely surroundings.

Unfortunately, I didn't see a dairy-free milk option for breakfast, so it’s wise to bring your own if needed. To be honest I didn't ask for it.

We loved our stay at Hotel Cupidor…it was absolutely perfect for me and my mum. Wr arrived on an early hours stay and was worried about accessing our room but Katya was very responsive beforehand good communication and everything worked out well upon arrival. We were upgraded to a suite so that was better for my mum. (Thank you!!) The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious, fresh fruit, bread, cold meats, cheese selection and eggs made to order! Katya and her mum really looked after us and made our holiday just perfect! Oh.. nearly forgot to mention the restaurant food is amazing, our best meal while in Paguera.

Clean room, comfy mattresses. Very good and rich breakfast. Nice garden. Public parking place next to the hotel. We found a place every time.

The bed was just two single beds pushed together. It was impossible to sleep next to each other. The hotel is on quite busy street. Air conditioning direct over the bed. Some of the cleaning ladys didn´t even knok. Not sure the value of money.

Very cozy hotel run by the same family for decades. Katia and her mom are super friendly hosts. Initially planned to spent 5 days, but loved it and extended our stay for another week. We had a room with garden view. Garden is well crafted and looks stunning. Rooms are simple, clean and have a lovely balcony. Breakfast is good. Beach is in less than 5 minutes, plenty of restaurants nearby. Great value for money! We've been in early May - perfect time! Enjoyed it a lot and will come back next year!

Family -run hotel. Staff were v pleasant, and friendly. We were able to change rooms from one upstairs (no lift, 2 storeys) to a ground-floor one as I had an irritated knee that didn't like going down stairs. Rooms were clean and bright, but basic. No electric kettle, but a fridge. Could've used an extra electrical socket. Great air conditioning unit (though blue led lights on it could be irritating - used an eye-patch. Food, included in our room (breakfast and dinner) was excellent and well worth it. We were allowed to store our bikes in a room, near reception. It was unlocked, but out of the main thoroughfare so you would only know about it if you had a bike to store. There was a Bike shop about 100m up the road. Would go back to this hotel in a flash. One small criticism: I had a very early zoom call to make with my deaf 102y old mother, so set myself up in the empty breakfast dining area. One non-english speaking staff member was v irritated by this, indicating that the space wasn't open yet. I tried to explain that I needed to talk loud (rooms aren't well-soundproofed) and didn't want to wake other people. I was able to make my call, though felt a little uncomfortable doing so.
