Location is good, right next to train station. Flexible check in times.
The room looked like it wasnt being taken care of. Dusty, dirty, with cobwebs and spiders in all four corners. Really disappointing to arrive to. Bathrooms are very old as well.

Very friendly staff, they give you detailed information. Mr. Tuhin was very kind to help with many things. Great location, about 15 minutes by bus or tram to the main island and about 10 minutes to Mestre station. They have a lovely open common area on terrace and a cute kitchen. They let us use the coffee machine for hot water anytime of the day. Breakfast was better than I expected. Not many options, but worth the price in my opinion and good quality products. We ate there only the second day and regretted for not booking it for the first day. Overall, lovely stay!
There was no window in our bathroom, so it was too humid every time we took shower or used hot water for a long time to wash something. I would suggest to put a bigger sink with more space to put the things for everyday use.

The room and the bathroom is very clean! The location is excellent, just a 2-3 minutes walk from San Marco Sansovino Tram station. And the bus station is within 100 meters from the hotel. Perfect spot if you want to stay in Mestre and travel to Venice.
I only stay for one night so I have no time to discover anything I dislike.

Super schön eingerichtetes Zimmer. Klimaanlage vorhanden und sehr guter Startpunkt in Richtung Venedig
Gewöhnungsbedurftig ist, dass das Waschbecken nicht im Bad sondern im Zimmer ist ansonsten gibt es wirklich nichts zu beanstanden.

1 kamer was schoon 1 kamer badkamer kitnaden beschimmeld, maar ze waren aan het verbouwen bedden goed. Vriendelijk personeel goed ontbijt. Dicht bij bushalte en 5 min lopen naar tramhalte. Beperkte parkeer mogelijkheid

The breakfast is cheap and enough, the staff was exceptionally nice - particularly to our small child, the friendliness was exceptional. If you want to find a good price/value combo with a good public transportation connection to Venice, I definitely recommend you to go for this hotel, they even sell tram-ticket, the station is just 5mins from the hotel. One person from the hotel even talk Hungarian, which is also practical in some cases.
I couldn't list anything special which we did not like, it's a very good value for the price they ask - maybe the rooms which are close to the road are a bit noisy - our window looked on the smaller road, so for us it was manageable.

Great location both for airport transfer and getting to/from Venice. The host - Stefano - was amazing, very kind, caring and fun. Room was small but had everything I needed, bed was comfortable, everything clean. Great value for money. Thumbs up for breakfast as well. Felt safe for a solo traveler.

Accommondation was very clean and almost like new. Bed was comfortable and sheets were fresh! Room was beautifull and bathroom were newly renovated. Hotel had a terrace wich was very nice! One of the best thing about this accommondation were the staff. Receptionist was very friendly and funny man and he made sure that we were having a great experience! Also hotel had free coffee so it was a big plus! I would recommend this 100%. One of the best hotels i have been in Italy. Also it was very affordable ❤️ Thank you very much!

The place is nice and comfy, but it’s main advantage is the staff, specifically Mr. Stephan! Such a nice person, he made our vacation a lot more comfortable and pleasant! His kindness made us feel like home while staying at Hotel Guidi.

Although located in an unremarkable building, the room interior is very modern and everything is fully stocked. Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The person at the front desk kindly offered me a free upgrade to a larger room and helped me deal with several questions. A nearby tram can take you to Venice is just 15 minutes.

We felt very welcomed and felt like home. The staff was very helpful and recommended us the best places and things to do in Venice. The rooms were clean and the ambiance great. We would definetely reccomend this place to everyone.
