Staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent for the price, clean and relatively comfy. Atmosphere is nice and relaxing.

Comfortable bed.

Water was all over the bathroom after taking shower. Very noisy from 7am onwards. On 18 Sep at 8:20 am me and my husband went for breakfast, I asked one of the staff member where the missing coffee pot was I was told that it’ll take time and I should make myself with the Nescafé sachet, whilst I was making the coffee a white woman behind me asked the same staff member for coffee pot and he immediately ran in the kitchen and within 2 mins got the pot and smiled at the white woman who was standing behind me (as if I was invisible) and asked her to take the coffee. After the woman left I confronted the guy and asked him why didn’t he ask the white woman to make the coffee, he didn’t have any reply. The restaurant manager overheard our conversation and apologised. My husband was also very upset with the behaviour. Will never book this hotel again!

Clean room with lagoon view with a table and chairs in the balcony. Airconditioning was very good. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are very polite and helpful.

Room service menu is very limited.

In the lobby CS was perfect. Car parking and front door is a wonderful.

The reception there a lady, she was rude and not welcomed us. Also she was very busy with mobile. The second I didn’t sleep 😴 bcz very loud. The second you can hear 👂 everything they said. Got a telefon at 6:15 the day before I check out and ask me “are you check out today” is was same lady. And I said No. I have a more days. She said “ what is your room”. Unprofessional service

everything was great specially room view I was stayed in room with double side view for the city & the lake & it was amazing , the staff was very friendly & helpful specially Jamaica , i will come back again soon

location is great balcony is good would-be better if there is an amperlla shade from sun,

the set up is primitive when I take shawer the whole toilet becomes wet no proper splash guard, the sink is very high not comfortable to use, room lighting is poor, electric sockets have bad locations, in room safe is not fixed you can carry it out or be exchanged easily 😏 with all of its contents 🤔

I like location, very good price, fast check-in and check-out, good size room and clean. Fast room service. Hotel Room has all what is required. In general very well renovated hotel. Parking is available. Thanks also to laundry team for making my things ready super fast.

Had connected room, woke up due to very loud phone conversation fom neighbour. Was too late to relocate. I do not recommend to stay in connected rooms. Bathroom Vent Fan works SO loud. Need small shelf in shower zone for shampoo and bathroom items. F&B department needs Big improvement in service. No hostes at the breakfast. At 8 am ALL tables very already dirty. 1-2 waiters for breakfast is very less. For my request to arrange a table and to clean chair, waiter did unhappy face with dramatically deep breath. Also noone ask me if I want coffee or tea or anything. Because of very bad service in the restaurant I put mark 8, otherwise would give to Hotel 10 of 10.

Beautiful location.....clean room....Best breakfast buffet.....welcoming staff.

There was no exit behind the hotel to go to corniche...you have to take a long walk from the entrance.
