Muy buen desayuno y atención del personal, la habitación es de tamaño adecuado, con todas las comodidades.

Es fácil perderse para llegar, recomiendo pedir indicaciones directamente al lugar para mejor ubicación, una vez entiendes el camino llegas fácil.

Muy bien comunicado con el resto de puntos de interés (paradas de vaporetto muy cercanas y delante del Gran Canal). También es muy buen sitio para ir caminando a cualquier parte de la ciudad. El desayuno buffet por 10€/persona está muy bien teniendo en cuenta que en las cafeterías ya te gastas eso con sólo un café y un croissant o algo de bollería. Pudimos dejar las maletas tanto antes del check in como después del check out.

Air conditioning did not work very well- rooms have lofts. We went in Aug so we new it would be hot.

Good location but bake sure and message them saying if you want the larger split level room before arrival or you will be all in a smaller single floor room. They did change us on arrival, we were 4.

The hotel was lovely and clean. We were wowed by the docking area just on the courtyard - amazing!

The room was lovely but a little small for a family of 3 adults and it was a little bit dark but can’t be helped due to the location.

Breakfast....cold coffee, dry croissant, plain yoghurt. Dragging luggage over the huge Academia bridge.

The location was excellent and easy to find which is a bonus. The elevator worked great. There were 4 in our room plus a baby and we were fine. I'd stay again if I went back.

The shower was small but the water was hot so really no problem since hot water is my priority! The floor in the washroom seemed slippery but that could just be me.

Our first room was musty and smelt bad. The worst issue was that there was black mold in the bathroom. I went to front desk, showed them pictures, and we were offered to see another room since there was no cleaning person available anymore. The second “cleaned” room we were shown had trash, empty water bottles, all over the table. Our third room that was shown to us thankfully was clean and we ended up staying there. The front desk was helpful, but the cleaning was terrible.

location was excellent. rooms were nice. shower worked well.

not enough electrical outlets in room. Had to unplug lamps to charge our phones and other devices. A/C in room did not work. We would adjust temperature and nothing would happen. Had to open window to cool off room but there are no screens so bugs get in. In October there are still mosquitoes in Venice.
