Lage, Frühstück, Poolanlage, ruhiges Zimmer gewünscht und bekommen

Hotelgäste, die die Liegen am Pool vor dem Frühstück belegen und erst am späten Nachmittag kommen.

Prístup recepcie. Recepčný hovoriaci česky bol veľmi mily, ochotný a vyriešil všetky naše požiadavky .

C’est un hôtel lumineux verdoyant et calme. Pour moi c’est le top. Aucun bruit ni tv ni musique affligente permanente. Une décoration de très belle esthétique. Sobre élégante.

La chambre qui m’a été attribuée, le jour de mon arrivée que j’ai dû faire changer, car elle ne correspondait pas du tout à ce que je voulais et avait réservé.

Avons passé un excellent séjours (24 jours en janvier) pour la dixième années. Chambre "Alexandre" (420) avec vue sur mer... Chambre très bien et literie confortable. Bouteille de "CAVA" à notre arrivée et le jour de mon anniversaire (Belle intention : bravo) Piscine et fauteuls de piscine très bien et en suffisance ( du moins pour cette période) Propreté : très bien.... Animation en journée et soirée... OK MAIS les animateurs ne connaissent pas le Français ! ! ! POINT Négatif.... La Nourriture (Matin 6/10) (Soir 3/10) Pas de produit de qualité, viande et poisson les meilleurs marchés. Je préfèrerais payer un peu plus et avoir des repas correct. Etions en Demi-pension : Tout les midi allions au resto et le soir petit repas à l'hotel

Gute Lage und schöne Poolanlage mit vielen Liegen, die aber trotzdem meistens mit Handtüchern reserviert sind, Zimmer sind gross und gut ausgestattet aber etwas schlicht. Ausser einem Flatscreen ist da sonst nur eine weisse Wand.

Das Zimmer lag direkt an der Servicerampe. Bis nachts um 1 werden Flaschen im Container entsorgt und die Müllabfuhr kommt morgens um 4.20 Uhr, kann ich genau sagen, weil die fährt dann mit lautem Piepen rückwärts die Steile Rampe runter, danach werden dann mit viel Getöse die Müllcontainer entleert. An Schlafen ist da nicht zu denken. Auch den ganzen Tag über ist immer was los, von Lieferungen über Werkstattarbeiten. Das Hauptziel mal eine Woche ruhig Urlaub zu machen und zu entspannen wurde deshalb verfehlt. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen ist vom Buffet, Standard wie in den meisten Hotels. Der Speisesaal ist nicht gedämmt, also ist der Lärmpegel auch da sehr hoch, von gemütlichem Essen kann die keine Rede sein. Es gibt auch zuwenig Servicepersonal, dadurch bleiben die Reste auf vielen Tischen einfach stehen, wenn die Leute schon lange gegangen sind.

1) Camere piani 0 e 1 fronte muro divisorio da Hotel antistante 2) Pulizia camere sempre troppo tardi ( spesso dopo le 14) 3) Letti dotati di coperte di lana. A mio parere non igienico e assolutamente inadatto ad un 4 stelle 4) Illuminazione camere moderna, ma insufficiente

Everything was great, only issue I had was the food wasn’t that nice, don’t get me wrong, food was great but it just felt like it was missing something.

rooms very nice but beds very uncomfortable. Food was overall not good. Slow service at the pool bar. you need to have more varities of liquer and wine in all inclusive menu. Also the pool snacks was not properly cooked.

The hotel was in a very good condition and pretty clean throughout.

Mostly a very good and quiet pool area, BUT spoilt when everyday there was either a fashion show or pool fitness and there music was played at full blast. Meaning we went out elsewhere for a drink rather than buy at pool bar. Also food wasn’t the best of quantity.

The staff is very friendly. Plenty of activities for kids. The location is in the walking distance to the beach and Siam Park (about 1.2km). Would definitely return 😀

The matress I found to be stiff, however I did not inquire about an alternative so they might have had a better matress. The weighting scales for luggage that is next to the check-in desk I would prefer to be provided for free.

People put towels on the sunbeds early in the morning but did not use them all day long.

breakfast. not too many choices but it was more than enough.. we really enjoyed it.. we also had champagne on our last day. we were surprise to see champagne during the breakfast time. the restaurant staff were really nice and friendly. the location is the key point of this hotel. the swimming pool is big and clean. the pool bar staff were nice and friendly. my wife had a cocktail and she didn't like it but they happily change it and they didn't even charge it. the hotel is really clean. the room are bigger than I expected. they clean the room everyday.

Good varied food. Evening entertainment every night. Decent size room, big balcony, partial ocean view.

Everything costs extra -- even the safe box in the room has a daily charge. There's a coffee machine in the room but no coffee capsules. The windows could use better sound isolation because there's loud music outside in the area every night.

Food was very good, great variety and fresh. Beds comfortables and the room is clean.

the lifts are not working properly, they dont prioritise the call and one out of three didn’t work at all. Then people..but this is not the hotel fault…chatting in the garden in front of my room and vomiting all night…also in the garden in front of my room…very unpleasant
