Second time staying in this unit third time in this building. I can’t say enough about this unit! So clean and kept. Love the location and the bathroom shower is perfect for me to get my special needs son in and out of. LOVE LOVE LOVE it there. If allowed I would like to send in a deposit for this same week for next year. Thank you!!

Great location, close to beach , nice size condo . Great view from balcony. The property manager responded quickly. The only thing my Mom and I didn't like was 930 am check out time.

Absolutely perfect for (2). Balcony with a sunrise view or walk 50 paces to the beach and watch it from the sand. Spacious and open floor plan allows expansive views of the ocean. Very clean and organized. Best acommodations ever. Thank you.

I visit OOB yearly and have done so for about 40 years now. Every single thing was perfect this year. This place was the perfect location and immaculate cleaned! Owner was very attentive to any questions I had and made me feel comfortable to reach out to her if needed. I would love to be able to rent this unit for next year for this same week. If someone could tell me how to put my name in for it I would really appreciate it. I would also like to add that in this particular unit the shower design was so convenient for my special needs son to access. This was a huge plus for us. Thank you for reaching out to me

The place is amazing! Beautiful views, very comfortable. Julie is the perfect host. Responds immediately to any problems or requests. Otherwise leaves you alone. (In 3 yrs going, there has only been 1 very minor issue, taken care of that day)

This is such a great find! It's close enough to walk to the pier, but far enough away if you'd prefer a quiet evening. The property looks just like the pictures and you are just steps from the beach. I will definitely be back!

we come here each year, the views are wonderful, the condo is very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Julie responds quickly to questions. I highly recommend this place.

Absolutely loved the week here. Place was perfect for our needs. We loved being right at the beach, spent everyday there. The unit has all the amenities you need. Would definitely stay here again.

A perfect spot overlooking the dunes in Old Orchard. Forget worrying about parking just grab your umbrella and head to the beach!

My wife and I spent a fantastic weather week at this condo. The location is perfect. Just a few steps and you are on the beautiful sand beach. The condo was nicely furnished with most everything you might need for your stay. It was also very clean. The bathroom was recently remodeled. The shower was great. There was new flooring in the kitchen, bathroom, and hallway. The view of the ocean from the balcony was spectacular. The condo is within easy walking distance to several restaurants, the pier, and the amusement park. The beach was terrific. When the tide went out, the beach easily doubled in size. There is no need for water shoes. You can walk for miles on the beach. My recommendations are that you bring beach chairs and an umbrella, sheets, and towels. The owner asks that you wash all sheets and towels before you leave.

We really enjoyed our week here. The view is fantastic. Parking is great. Very close walk to the beach. All the amenities we needed. Washer dryer. Dishwasher. Toaster. Hair dryer. Loved our stay and would stay again.

The location of this condo is perfect. Nice private deck with direct ocean views. However, the condo itself could have used a thorough cleaning and the door lock needs to be repaired. I've never stayed in a VRBO where the owner expected the guest to wash and fold bedding and towels before leaving.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le condo. Très confortable et très bien situé en face de la mer. Ce que nous avons moins aimé ce sont les discussions sur le stationnement, entr'autres l'intervention d'une dame nous demandant pourquoi on occupait un espace qui ne ns était pas alloué officiellement, malgré l''offre faite par le propriétaire de cet espace, de l'occuper si on le désirait.
