The beach nearby

The poor service. Staff members do not care about you once you are in. They have no customer service skills. Even the Manager/Owner lacks the requisite skills to make customers happy. Room facility is very poorly managed.

Amy on reception met us with a smile and was always cheerful. The other staff were also good and helpful

Mattress was firm and not very padded.

All the staff were lovely and so kind to my little dog. Room was great,super clean and comfy bed.

Shower controls were sensitive, I knocked it with my elbow and it suddenly got very hot!

Great location near the beach and within walking distance to the town centre. Freshly painted (literally the day I arrived!) Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast!

My single room was really tiny and a bit tired. It was OK for two nights but I wouldn’t want to stay in that room for longer.

The staff were friendly and helpful, as there was an issue with our booking, not their fault. It was resolved and we will return. There is a positive family/professional vibe within the hotel.

Beautiful single room with a sea view. Room was warm, comfortable, secure with comfortable bedding and shower warm. Have stayed here previously. TV was easy to operate.

One of the staff seemed very friendly but his words were not. It is only when I have come away and thought about it that how upset I feel about what he said. He is very inappropriate and judgemental.
