The staffs are very nice and friendly and they speak English, the breakfast and dinner menu is a lot and the food is very tasty. I rate them 4.5/5 I was really impressed by the standards and the interiors are very beautiful.

We checked in very late but dropped our luggage off at the hotel before check in time. We were checking out very early and staff prepared lunch boxes the evening before. Only one remark is that we were finding some single heirs in the bathroom and on a bed blanket as well as on a pillow. Otherwise, only positive feelings left after our stay at the hotel.

nice restaurant and really good food but I advise people not to use the restaurant but order and enjoy the food in the room, really very loud music in the restaurant from the room where they do fitness and people from the fitness room go through the restaurant from one room to the next, really the worst of the worst I've experienced in many years at all the hotels I'm in in the different countries, for me it's a restaurant a place where you sit and enjoy the food by quiet music and not loud fitness music and fitness boys going through the restaurant, hotel and rooms 10/10 👍👍👍, restaurants and fitness 01/10 👎👎👎

The room was quite nice and comfy. The Jacuzzi was really big! Also, breakfast was really delicious. I can't agree with other reviewers stating breakfast servings are small - on the contrary, they were nice and big.

The property tried to scam me at least twice. First time, when I asked to change the dates of my stay, the price was supposed to be the same. I agreed to change dates for the same price. However, the property changed the price of the stay before confirming my date change, so I was faced with an increased price (33% price increase, mind you), with date change request confirmed on their side. Thus, I had to pay 33% more. After that, I asked for the second date change. The property did not dare to pull the same trick, and rather cancelled my date change request, and DMed me saying they will agree to change dates IF they increase the price. This is not allowed by Booking.com policies, so Booking.com Customer Care quickly fixed this problem for me, and I got the booking at the original price. Also, after that they called me and asked if I'm willing to change dates once again, because they will have city water shortage on that date. I agreed, and they cancelled my booking on Booking.com, instead of changing the dates. Something shady is going on. (EDIT): The property contacted me and tried to convince me it all was a mistake. I admit it could have been one, hence I think the matter could be considered closed now. I do confirm I did not receive any compensation for this edit.
