Breakfast was regular, expected more for this hotel

- Staff friendly and helpful; they kept our baggage before check-in and after check-out to allow us to maximize our time. - Room is huge with a big bed, desk, individual sofas and a table. - Huge TV with a lot of satellite channels - mostly Ukrainian and Russian. - Toilet and shower were on separate rooms. Shower was quite big with nice water flow but some temperature fluctuations. - All the basic bathroom appliances were available. - Bed was comfortable but top sheet was short for a double bed; bottom sheet was also short. - Internet WIFI was available but we didn't use it. - Breakfast was delivered inside the room based on pre-order typically done on the day before.

Small selection but okay quality

The bathroom had several issues with dirty tubes when I used the spa, Water all over the floor as there is no shower curtain there or glass wall. The fixtures in the bathroom was loose like the water tap at the sink and the holder for the shower

I would suggest to put in the bathroom some more hand soup bars as we were two guests but the soup bar was only one piece. Shampoo and gels should be for two guests as well. It’s a minor suggestion which can be improved easily. Thank you.

The hotel is really great and I was even surprised with the comfortable rooms. The internet connection was really great, as far as I was working for the hotel it was really great. It was comfortable and quiet. I'll definitely stay here next time I visit Kharkiv.

The carpet was a bit dirty, I've noticed that when my white socks became also dirty by the end of the day.

Lack of restaurant for lunch and dinner

Bathroom was clean, room spacious, good location

There was no hot water in the evening when we arrived. No warning or efforts to solve/ make up for it from hotel management. Went to bed late after waiting to shower after being on the road - no success. Dusty room, only one plug by the bedside - either you get the light or a charged phone. Breakfast was genuinely grossz

After staying in bunch of hotels in Kharkiv, I must admit that my previous review was underrated. The hotel is pretty nice, located in accessible area and breakfast in your room is a good extra.

They must install thermostats into their shower sets. The cold water pressure drops so suddenly, so I got burned every morning.

Location is excellent, beautiful and clean room

If the breakfast was a bit bigger our stay would have been perfect )

Location, cleanliness, good breakfast, staff, services, parking, quiet place. Stayed the second time in this hotel. It is probably the best in Kharkiv in terms of price/quality ratio.

Heated floor in bathroom would be nice. Location of power outlets is also not very convenient. Pillows can be more comfortable.
